The food is really good but they have messed up my order the last 3 times. Not like oh they forgot to put mayo on my sandwich but they have actually forgot to put fries in my bag twice and gave my wife the completely wrong sandwich. For the price you pay for a burger, you would expect to get better service. Its conveniently close to where I live, so we will probably still go as the food was good, but its really frustrating.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My family and I waited in line for a half an hour with out being waited on or acknowledge. When I inquired how long it would be until we were waited on, I was told and I quote, "I really have no idea." We left and went to 5 guys and were promptly waited on as expected.

I dont know why the ratings for this place are so low but had a chicken burger here and it was good. Fresh ingredients. Sweet potato fries were crispy, which is hard to do. Also, they make milk shakes from Haagen Daaz ice cream.

Food is awesome every time I go but I feel like Im always waiting on an employee to take my order. They do have table service though which makes up for some of it. Very family friendly.

My teen son and his friends enjoy this place. Its just ok to me. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is prepared relatively quickly. I personally like 5 Guys better.
