"Crazy things happen at the Pink." This was the first thing I heard about when I first moved to Buffalo. And, on a weekend at 2am crazy things do happen. Ive never seen a more varied and motley crew drinking and frolicking together. The music is loud, the PBRs are 3 bucks, theres a pool table and some dart boards in the back. Theres an expensive steak sandwich you should absolutely try. Theres plenty to do. And that brings out all sorts. Guys in suits, girls in skimpy outfits, people done up to the 9s, people who look like they literally just rolled out of bed. You can never expect whats going to happen at the pink. Sometimes, its super busy. Sometimes, it can be kind of dead. You never really know what youre going to get, but you know youre going to go there. You can never really predict what youre going to see. But one thing is for certain... crazy things happen at the Pink.

Its a dive bar, yes, but its a good dive bar. Its comfortable. The crowd is varied to a point but generally younger and lively. Prices are fair. Its good if you go with or plan to meet people you know. Being in Allentown, parking is horrible. If you like the Stooges and Beck, then youll like the music there. The DJ has a good sense of what works there. Its a Buffalo staple. If youre going to go to only 1 bar in the city, then this is a good choice.

The ultimate dive bar, and I mean that in the best of ways! Good atmosphere, great drink prices. Pool and darts. Kinda bummed by the food selection, but the rest of the place more than makes up for it.
