My family & I were so excited to come eat here. the service was TERRIBLE. We ended up getting our drinks literally right before our meal came out. Our bill was $170 total, which was fine. We gave our debit card to the waitor. He came back & advised us that he had misplaced our debit card and that he could not find it. we asked for the manager. The manager was a rude older, heavier set black woman. She said she couldnt do anything about how he lost our card and told us we couldnt leave without paying our bill with another one. So we paid with our other debit card. We continued to argue with her as all she as saying was that she could "take our information down" and give us a call IF they found it. She ended up getting the police to escort us out because we were all looking for OUR lost debit card. We called the next day to see if they had found it, and they had no idea who we were or what we were talking about. POOR MANAGEMENT. RUDE STAFF.

I ate here over the weekend.. first off my husband and I waited for over 10minutes before anyone acknowledged us to be seated.. Our waiter forgot to bring our water. They brought out a fish taco when my husband ordered shrimp. I had ordered Oysters.. They brought them out warm which can be dangerous. I had them sent back and asked if they can make sure to put them on ice, because they had them on salt . When they brought out the second batch they had them on salt on a tray of ice. The shrimp looked, felt and tasted like the kind that come in frozen in a box in a grocery store and they, along with the onion rings, were cold. They didnt bring us any flatware until after our food was already at the table. I was almost done with my onion rings and a bug crawled on my arm and onto the table.. The wait staff told me it was a palmetto bug but it was clearly a cockroach.. Ewwww I do not plan on eating here again.

OK where to begin, the good news is that the atmosphere was very friendly, and we were seated almost as soon a we arrived, my water said that he could add or remove any side and, or sub one out for another, I dont know if this is true for all waters but, all people are different. Now on to the bad news, this is NOT a place for people looking for cheap food, I had a boil ( it is one of the photos that I posted) and the seasoning was sprinkled on after it was cooked, so the food was a little bland. My hole family had little to no flavor on their food. And when I said earlier that we were seated almost instantly, when we left there were people arriving and were told that there was a 45 minuet wait till there was room, I was in a party of 7, and their party looked at most 4, so I would recommend that you look at what google has on the hours of the restaurant, and the number of people their.

We waited 45 minutes for our food and we were seated out on the patio(which we were never asked where we preferred to seat) there were numerous big coachroaches outside crawling around. We asked for the manager and our waiter seemed to get a little irrated by that. We never talked to the manager. Too many bugs crawling around to wait. We specifically asked for the upgrade from chips to fries which again we waited another 10 minutes after we received our food to get fries. The fries were overcooked . I would not recommend this place to eat keep going!!! My child had a kid chicken tender meal and had more food than the adult entree. The service was not the greatest. On top of that our waiter took our silverware from our table to give to another table since they were eating and we werent. No Thank you!!! We will try somewhere else next time.

Stopped in here after Beach--House decided they no longer wanted to use military IDs as acceptable forms of identification and one the members of our group did not have their drivers license, EVEN THOUGH 2 hours earlier they were served alcohol with that ID. Oh well, I digress...Landshark was a great little spot to just mosey into. Friendly service, great atmosphere/music, not entirely a giant place but I think that it makes it even better. It was a somewhat chilly day and the patio had overhead heat lamps that worked just great even with the wind coming off the beach. Great view. Food was brought out perfectly and timely, and not to mention very delicious! Drinks were fantastic, dont think ive ever enjoyed a shot in my life (had the "Brain Dart" which is pretty hot goin down!). Definitely highly recommend!

We came here on a cold night! For some reason they offered us a seat in their outside seating area with heated canopy even if seating inside was abundant and VERY empty. To be fair they had heaters in the canopy but did not make a difference with how cold the weather was outside. I noticed they offered people who came to the resturant the outside seating first for some odd reason. Even if the inside seating was abundant and empty. The Food: I ordered regular American Hamburger! It tasted like I was eating a piece of dry beef. Honestly no taste. At lease salt would have sufficed. It was very bland and I was so unhappy. I decided to order this meal because it was basic and how could that go wrong right? Wrong! I almost never write reviews but I had to on this one. Sorry.

Our experience was far from good, we arrived and they told us they were setting up our table we sat for 30 minutes and nothing happened we complained anD asked for our table, then we were seated. We ordered in the sub par restaurant which smelled like dirty rags with sticky tables and of course no air-conditioning. While this was okay the fact that the servers were dropping sweat was not.We got our food and shifts half of us are eating well half of us were waiting for our food and the food was sub par as well. I am completely disappointed in all aspects of this restaurant which is unacceptable when we were brining a party of 14 people which included many drinks so it was a large bill. We saw the manager once. This was by far the worst experience I have had.

Awful. Dont waste your time. My friend and I walked in. Made eye contact with 3 different people. No one spoke. Finally someone else saw us and seated us. One of the women who I made eye contact with ended up being our server. She was nice since its her job to be. Got our drinks and took our order. We just ordered something basic. Bacon cheeseburger and a grilled chicken sandwinch. The menu isnt large. Got our food within 10 mins. It wasnt hot. Super bland. Kind of like eating overpriced school lunch. Couldnt even finish it all. Didnt get checked up on once, no napkins or silverware. But watched everyone else around us get phenomenal service, drink refills. Etc... Also, if youre not fond of eating with animals dont come here. Birds everywhere.
