Never order takeout from this place or youll regret it. Ordered $40+ of food, took 45mins which was fine. Ordered tuna salad, chicken salad, house salad and asked for extra dressing but gave a ketchup cup of dressing not even enough for a side salad. Called back and told them problem with no dressing and the girl said shell take care of it. Another 40mins past and my kids are complaining they are starving, so I called back and they said it was busy and the delivery guy doesnt want to go for just dressing and I said you messed up not me. Maybe we should use water for dressing on the salads right. They lost a loyal customer and Ill make sure our close family and friends never give three stars and business ever again. They just dont care about customer service and deserve it if they go out of business..

Having a magnificent dinner at this fabulous resturant. The dinner menu is ridiculously cheap... giant salad, delicious soup, several types of fresh bread with various spreads, free carrots cucumbers chick pea salad, glass of wine/ or any drink, fabulous main course, dessert and coffee/tea for just $17 each!!! The value of this meal has to be a mimimum of $45 anywhere else and the customer service is superb. We are visiting from England so unfortunately we will not have the opportunity to come back any time soon, but we heartily recommend this place to anyone. Five star resturant not three star!!!

food: bland and nothing you will ever crave service: "no speaking english" and the people who do speak english, look at you like you dont speak english when you ask for something. manager: working against you not with you Drinks : small orange juice is served in a shot glass location: crackheads are lurking, eat fast, or you may have to have your car window replaced. cleanliness: dirty and dark, old people farting it up price: they may forget to bring your drink , but they never forget to put it on your bill the place is a whole, NO NO NO , three nos for three star

Awful place. Do yourself a favor and dont come here for dinner. The fries taste like they came from a frozen pack, Chicken is lumpy and never cooked well enough, and the salad dressing is a joke. I used to love getting blue cheese dressing here yet, now it has no actual chunks of blue cheese- just watered down with mayo and Italian dressing. Any waiter except for Miguel/Michael is good and more accommodating. This place isnt what it used to be like. Its only a matter of time until they go out of business.

An owner is always there to greet customers and lead them to a table. Waiters are Mexicans but so what? Ive never had a problem. Lots of racists seem to be writing in to this site. Its a clean place NYC board of health gave them an A rating. Ive always found the bathroom clean. I am always served promptly. Love their lobster bisque soup. No problems with my taste buds. Its been open over 40yrs. Must be doing something right.

The restaurant was dinghy, cutlery was a bit dirty. Typical old dinner style. I had corned beef hash with egg and the beef had a piece of plastic, probably from the packaging, stuck in it. The food was standard diner fare. Id go back if I couldnt find a better place, which is how we stumbled into it in the first place.
