I asked for jalapeños with my meal, I was charged two dollars ( when did Mexican restaurant start charging for jalapeños)? When I called to place another order I let them know that I did not receive my jalapeños that I was charged for, they wanted to fight me about them and then said they would include them In my order, this time. I go pick up my overpriced food and they literally have me three jalapenos. Their credit card machine was not working and I was asked to go and get cash, I walked to this location and I am six months pregnant, no way Im walking back home and back to the restaurant because their stuff isnt working. Then Im asked to use their ATM that charges and extra three dollars. You want me to pay an extra there dollars for your downfall but want to give me three slices of jalapeños? Absolutely not. I sat and waited for their system to be fixed, thirty minutes. Not an offer for a cup of water, nothing. Terrible service, food is not worth the price, I wont be back.

Santa Fe Grill and Bar es un restaurant de primera! Me encanta su comida, su servicio, las atenciones, el ambiente, la calidad, la clase, todo sobresale en este lugar. Es el mejor lugar para ir y pasar un velada sensacional. La comida es exquisita!! Aquí se celebra el mejor Karaoke de la ciudad de New York. Si deseas celebrar tu cumpleaños o el de tu ser querido, este es lugar ideal para hacerlo. Lo recomiendo mil por mil.

my new mexican restaurant in the area. Food is really good and sticks to authentic products most of the time. Their hot green and red sauces are super delicious. their MOle is also great (had better) but this is really good. Had the tampinqueña steak and it was well cooked, tons of food for around 15-17 dollars. Really cold brews and they sell pacifica beer, which is better than corona in my opinion. Spanish Karaoke on friday and it gets packed. Parking is on the street but easy to find near by.

Family took me for my bday to this restaurant on a friday night and besides the friendliness of our waitress, the service was horrible.... our food took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to us. My carne asada was cold. Not even luke warm. I can deal with warm but this was cold. Unacceptable. And my brothers food didnt get to him until AFTER everyone at the table was done eating. The place only had 4 tables to serve. Not even busy at all. Extremely disappointed. Stay away.

I usually have nothing bad to say about the services provided by this restaurant but the last time my family and I were there we had the worst experience. It took them 45 minutes to serve us our food and when we asked if we could speak to a manager there was no manger in sight and they didnt even comp a meal. My advise is to not bring any children there they will be so tiresome from all the waiting.

With their excellent service and authentic Mexican cuisine at moderate prices this is one of the better Mexican restaurants in the Bronx area. Located directly across fromVan Cortland park gives it an extra star :) You will not regret visiting this place especially for dinner. At the Santa Fe Grill you will be greeted by friendly people and eat really good home style Mexican food.:)

Theres much room for improvement. They start you with totopos for the table with some weird and watery red sauce. I ordered flautas from the menu. They were okay but usually theyre topped with red and green salsa. I also had the rice and it tasted like it was Uncle Bens. The table salsa also had a weird taste to it. The grilled chicken looked pretty good though.

Great Mexican food. Enchiladas were amazing. Chorizo quesadillas might be even better plus they make a great margarita. Reminds me of the Mexican food I would get in Denver. Service is quick and friendly. Very attentive staff. Price is unbeatable. Lunch for 2 costs only $34 and that includes alcohol. Dont remember what dinner costs but its affordable

Place is nice they have a variety of food but they take to long to bring the food out also waitress are very pushing to get you to buy drinks .( liquor ) Not attractive you shouldnt be forced to get something you dont want to sit on the table and eat . Especially is only one adult & kids . Food was amazing for sure

Dont get me wrong the food is good but when i went with my friends the waitresses were being so rude like i dont get it ive been there a couple of times with my bf and his family and they were nice but when its with my friend they change their attitude that says alot to me

I used to think this place was just alright. That was until I found an unidentified bug in the food. This was after the server forgot what we ordered three times and then brought out the wrong entree! Im never going back to this place- no matter how convenient!

This place has a great "Homey" feel. The waitresses are very nice and attentive. The guacomloe is made right in front of you and tastes great. Be sure to order the quesidillas. Happy hour is pretty good too. Pretty good frozen Margaritas!

The food is good, unlimited tortilla chips, and the place has a nice vibe to it. Its cozy and dimly lit. I recommend the fajitas. Oh, and the bar is so cute!
