Tomas Tapas Bar offers a decent selection of small plates (all priced between about $5 and $15). The food is very good quality. The wine list is well curated, but the tap list leaves something to be desired. There are two dining spaces available to choose from- the bar or the dining room. The bar tends to be loud and more busy, but there is live entertainment. We chose the quiet dining area. One thing I noticed, however, was that our space was extremely short staffed for a Friday night. And although we were okay with the wait, the waiters seemed to be running around non-stop. Our waiter admitted that he felt bad because didnt have as much time as he wanted to explain the menu or discuss food choices. He was an excellent waiter despite this inconvenience. Regardless, we had a lovely time and will be visiting again soon.

We love this place. Ever since they got the Raw Bar it is unbeatable. The wait staff is great, the owner is always on the floor, and best of all the food is fantastic. Everything freshly made and the quality top shelf. Truly a great experience if youre looking for a relaxed evening. The variety of their tapas menu is great and so many different options. We have quickly become regulars here.

Not sure "best tapas in the area" would be much of a distinction since I dont think there is any other, but the tapas here is quite good, tastes fresh, served quickly and friendly(ly) in a quiet pleasant atmosphere. There is an attached lounge next door which on the Tuesday night I was there was very quiet but may be a distraction on a weekend.

New and modern way to dine! We had dinner and shared Tapas, all so different and so tasty. Dinner choices are limited, but change daily. Wine was very reasonable and house signature drinks are delish! Loved our bartender!! Live music without cover charge. Left feeling like we got treated as a celebrity without paying for it

Jess was our bartender/server/entertainer for this not so busy Tuesday night. Very fun ordered pretty much everything. Lamb chops were amazing. Pomegranate Italian ice mule and toasted marshmellow Martine were off the hook. They had live entertainment on that particular night/ def. Rocked the house.

I love this place! The food is always delicious and the presentation is truly beautiful. Their fries are the best. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the decorations are cool. I always enjoy eating here.

I had a lovely time with friends the other night just enjoying tapas at the bar. Those Parmesan truffle fries are DELICIOUS! I had a lovely prosecco mixed drink as well. I cant wait to go back and Ill certainly need photos.

We always have an amazing time when we go here, the food is great, I would have given 5 stars but some of the food is pricey and the service can be slow when the place gets busy. Over all its a great experience coming here

The place is decent but the cost is waaay to high. One meal could cost you $50 without even having a drink. Add a few drinks into the mix and forget about it. I would check out a spot that is a little bit cheaper.

Excellent food -- good place to stop on the way to or back from upstate NY -- in Wappingers Falls -- loved everything from appetizers to dessert -- in particular, the fish was really fresh and very tasty.

We came for happy hour here for the first time, the happy hour prices are what you would expect of a nice looking place. They have screens around the bar area so you can catch a game.
