Wow!!! What a very very strange experience... I happened to be in the neighborhood while waiting for a tow & this BK was right down the block. Since Id be waiting a while & it was dinnertime, I decided to stop in for a bite. I ordered one chili cheese dog & a small drink. I ordered mine separately from my boyfriend who was still deciding. Basically right after I ordered, he ordered the chili cheese dog as well but he ordered the combo. Simple enough, right? At that point there were really no other customers in the joint. Within maybe 2 minutes tops, my hot dog arrived & by then there were a few other customers that began ordering. I figured my b/fs dog should be arriving at any second but we stood there watching them prepare bag after bag behind the counter... no hot dog in site! Another customer who ordered after us got her burger. I tried getting the attention of one of the ladies who was preparing the bags but she totally ignored me. Finally, another lady came to the register & I told her my b/f ordered a hot dog right after I did a while ago & still no hot dog. She asked someone in the back & then told us they were still making it. In the meantime we watched them preparing burger after burger after burger. How long could it take to cook a "cooked" hot dog for Gods sake??!!! I mean its not like they had to actually make the hot dog by hand! Jeez... So we just stood there waiting & waiting & so I asked again... She told me it would be ready shortly... (heard that before)!!... Well, it finally made it about 10 minutes after the order was placed (we double checked the time on the receipt)! Not sure if the lady was a manager but she was nice enough to throw in some free cookies for dessert, I guess, to try to make up for the ridiculousness of the wait (for a lousy hot dog)... As I mentioned, the whole experience was definitely REAL strange in this place... Just a very odd vibe going on. One of the guys working there was walking around whistling & singing. Then at some point, I caught site of one of the people behind the counter who was bagging the food, breaking into dance. Then there was a customer who obviously had some issues... I spotted him before I sat down so I decided to move to a corner window away from him. He was no bother or anything. After he finished eating he left the establishment & was standing outside with his drink in hand, smoking, staring off across the street, smiling oddly at nothing, pacing back & forth, walking up & down right in front of the BK. He just kept pacing & walking & smiling, looking in the window & then ended up coming in thru the back door to refill his drink. He was very restless along with the employees it seemed. On the brite side, I guess all the entertainment helped to pass some time while I waited for my tow. Yeah... very strange indeed... lol

I had to mull over the number of stars to give this Burger King. I wanted a hot chocolate when my husband realized the BK was near Dunkin Donuts and he could share their mini Cinnabon with me, so I just ordered a hot chocolate here. The Cinnabon was realllllly good! Not too familiar with the regular artery clogging size, but the mini seemed to be the perfect amount--even to share between 2...well, if the 2 arent into artery clogging. The hot chocolate was a total fail and wins last place in my list of hot chocolate reviews. So between the Cinnabon and BKs fries Ive had in the past, its 3 stars.

The Tea Room is a great place to go once. The splendor and the atmosphere are what you are paying for. We had the pre/post theater price fix meal, $60 each, but the total bill with two glasses of wine and coffee was $175 plus tip. The food was good, but the portions were small...all in all, you dont go there is you are looking for a bargain. If you are a tourist and are not watching the cost, it is an eyeful and an elegant experience...if youre looking for a great meal that will fill you for a good price, go to restaurant row!

I often go to this burger king because it is close by. The food here is just like any other burger king obviously. When I usually have anything to say about a fast food restaurants, it is usually about service. The place has many employees and it appears that the place is usually busy. The service is usually hit or miss, sometimes you get someone polite sometimes you get someone not as nice. Fries are pretty good and overall this place is reliable for a decent fast food burger. I would recommend this burger king.

My kids love the the playground... and the food was burger King... no red lobster. No olive garden. . Nothing fancy.. just burger King ... no more , no less .. that was good enough for my kids...

JUST FOUND A CHICKEN NUGGET IN MY HOT COFFEE!! Ordered my food then asked if i can also add a coffee at the window and i guess i pissed someone off and they did that. SO DISGUSTING AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Its still Burger King but the food prices are getting more and more expensive for what it is and this location especially is hit or miss on even making the standard chicken sandwiches.

Kids keep getting hurt in there play area. Theres a piece of plastic on a pole that is sticking out. 7 kids have been hurt so far.Told the staff and all they did was close it.

I mean... as far as Burger Kings go, this place was fine. It was clean, it was fast, they got my order right and the server was friendly. Even my fries were hot!

Its typical fast food. When busy, burgers come out hot when not they come out lukewarm. Their play area is the best in the area among the fast food places.

Theres a play place, its HUGE, drice thru, parking lot, they have like 3 TVs, all the food osbgood, staff is nice, free refills, good prices.
