Food is decent, but service is HORRIBLE! Included no chopsticks or fork, or any napkin during the first delivery. I called immediately. The female who took the call got furious and argued that it was MY FAULT not asking for utensils, then she attempted to justify her position by claiming that it was too late because the delivery guy left my place. On top of that, she said that the delivery guy was mad at me (after I paid him a more than healthy 50% tip!) To their defense: the delivery guy came back 20 minutes later and gave me the utensils. However, I have no idea what a dirty penny was doing in the plastic bag. I will NEVER patronize again.

very bad experience about their attitude. we placed an order on the phone and specified the sauce to cook with the food. when i pick up the food, i found out the food was not cooked the way we asked. the lady (probably the owner) claimed that we placed the order wrong. the guy standing behind the register said nothing, but we believe that hes the one answer the phone. and the lady couldnt stop and keep repeating of what weve done wrong, so i got the food wrong.... the only wrong thing i did was order from this place!

I have maximum respect for the 4000+ year-year-old art of Chinese cuisine. So do Amy & Cathy! Im grateful to have finally found a place that could provide "Chinese broccoli" (Kai Lan?) when I asked for it. Amy & Cathy respect their food, their culture and most of all… their customers. Delivery-time estimates are always accurate, and my orders consistently arrive hot and ready-to-eat. The combined reliability and meaty spareribs of this humble restaurant made a repeat customer out of me!

I Happened To Went To Amys One Day Cause I Do My Laundry Across The Street.... I Ended Up Liking Their Food. They Legit Speak Cantonese Which Is Awesome To Me. They Have Congee Here, Which Is My Favorite. I Do Love Their Wings.I Like The Fact They Have Many Authentic Hong Kong Style Dishes! Their Food Is Pretty Decent Compare To Others In The Area. I Do Like The Fact You Can Now Place Your Order Through YELP and It Gets Delivered Or You Can Pick Up. Its Totally Awesome This Place.

Prices are higher than most restaurants of its equivalent, and the portions are getting smaller. The foods are edibles, and nothing to rave about. In-house services are non-existing. Self-service is quickest, frustration free, and always best. You might need plates, forks, and the alike to eat. You might also want to clean the chairs and table yourself before sitting. Never order more than two dishes at once, as it would arrive in different time zones.

I used to like their food, did not mind paying a little more considering it was decent. lately it has seemed to diminish in quality, thought it was my imagination. Ordered dinner for the family last night, spent $40, could not stomach the roast pork lo mein. The absolute worst garbage imaginable!!!!! Time to put them to rest and move on to next Chinese take out, dime a dozen in Bayside!

Used to love them but they are officially off my list now. Three strikes youre out and this was the third time I had to wait over an hour - this time close to two hours if you can believe it - for the food to be delivered. Called three times and each time told on its way - lol - I live less than a mile away. Look elsewhere!

Fresh food. Spare ribs tasted amazing so we had to get another order of it. Even the spring rolls were great. They even brought everything to our table. Pleasantly surprised. Great a/c in the place that hot summer day too. Great prices as well.
