WORST and RUDEST customer service over the phone I have ever experienced from the OWNER HIMSELF in my life . I called for delivery, being a customer since they opened, he was so OBNOXIOUS and rude and hung up the phone with a Have a "Nice Day Sir" sarcastic tone. YOU WANT BUSINESS FROM THE COMMUNITY - YOU BETTER HAVE SOME MANNERS - or else it will catch up to you my friend ! Oh and if you having food delivered and dont come outside to pick up your food they wont deliver it and charge you for it. The owner said - "If we cant park we wont deliver and you will be charged". After telling him that its a delivery and they should deliver the food I would pay for and to be a little nicer about it , he said " I AM NOT TAKING THIS ORDER & WILL NOT DELIVER , HAVE A NICE DAY SIR" and Hung up the phone. I was speechless ..... Really makes me want to come back and order from you again - not !

They are over priced and there version of small and large are way off. Charged me $20 for gen toes large order. When it was only enough for one person. But they gave a large order of rice with a small container of gen toes. The food there is not even that good its just ok. When i confronted the manager he was very rude and unreasonable as well as very full of himself very cocky attitude. Basically indirectly said if i dont like it leave. Not smart. Bad customer service. Customers beware. Annies kitchen and Annie chains is better priced, good portions for the price and tasty as well as pleasant to deal with no attitude problems.

Surprisingly good! Very mixed reviews about this place, but hubby and I only eat Kosher Chinese food. We had a Groupon for this place and figured why not? We ordered the Hot& sour soup, scallion pancake and chicken chow fun. Soup was delicious! Definitely hit the spot. Scallion pancake had an excellent dipping sauce,but it was a touch too oily. Chow fun was OK, nothing special. Chicken in it as actually pretty good. Overall, loved that they had a great menu with lots to choose from. It is on the pricey side, but for those who dont know kosher is always pricey. It me its well worth it.

We were hard-pressed to find a good new take-out place that delivers to our neighborhood. Moreso because a member of our group only eats strictly Kosher. We stopped at Queens Pita for sweets and saw SoySauce open (right next door), where we ordered our staple Chinese Take-Out staples. The steamed dumplings were alright, but the General Taos Chicken was remarkable -- VERY fresh and tasty. When you say "spicy please" they listen and dont skimp on flavor. Recommending to all my friends. Note: Its slightly more pricy than the average take-out place, but worth it imo.

Soy sauce had me speechless!! Not only is the food and service excellent, the employees really wowed me. Very respectful and nice to each and every customer, I wish every restaurant would have such nice people working for them. All and all soy sauce is an all round wonderful spot to order in and take out. If you are in the Kew Garden Hills area or live close, I suggest u try it out.

The best Glatt Kosher Chinese Takeout in town yet! I eat here quite often and between whether I eat take out or my order is delivered I always receive it hot and in time! Their lunch specials are the best! And Joeys house specials are amazing! Would definitely bring my family here. I recommend the Shabbat special and order early on Sundays as it gets pretty busy. Enjoy!

Quick delivery, good food, reasonable prices, friendly customer service. Loved the dumplings and garlic chicken. Note that they are a take out/delivery place not really a sit down place. One down side is that they are a bit more heavy on the veggies than I would generally like.

The service is great very fast delivery. But on the other hand this was the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The food was bland and just flat out horrible. I might as well have just thrown money in the garbage because thats where most of the food ended up.

Very good chinese food! Tried their empress Chicken last sunday from their girl promoter and ordered two right away. This is the best chinese resto in the neighborhood! Employees are friendly and nice.

I got a NYC strip steak wrap from this location before a fall holiday. The service was alright.The wrap was really good. I would recommend this place to a friend that has strict dietary guidelines.
