Considering how this restaurant has been on a steep decline in terms of quality, I thought Id write a review myself: I ordered from this place as an alternative from Bronxvilles Haiku, since I got food poisoning from them in February when having the Pad Thai noodles with Chicken. I first ordered from them earlier this month and while their General Tsos chicken tasted a little "fishy" (mainly due to how its a seafood restaurant, and not because of the quality of the meal), it turned out "ok." I ordered from them again last night on Grubhub, but they have a strict $15 minimum so you may wound up buying more than you could want depending on what you order. Even then, the $1 delivery fee doesnt count as part of the order. It takes about 70-80 minutes for them to arrive. I ordered at 7:59 and my order was expected to arrive at 8:58-9:08 (times may vary on Grubhub). It arrived at about 9:40, which is almost TWO hours just to wait for food. I called the restaurant at 9:08 to see where my food was and they said its on their way. I waited for another 10 or so minutes until I called them again and they said that the delivery man had to make a few stops and somewhere between those lines the receptionist told me to stop calling, which was undoubtedly rude of her to say that, considering how patient I was to wait for a meal that took 70-80 minutes to get here. They shouldve at least put it on the house if it took so long. At least Haiku had the courtesy to do that. Overall, do not order from here.

I been coming to this place & ordering take out since I was young with my family , This place went from being Excellent From when Gloria owned it , to being completely Horrible I would of given them a zero stars if I could have this includes the shrinking Food portions with rising prices and lack of fresh ingredients , Nasty staff , Rude customer phone service , extremely Slow and incompetent ,greedy delivery Man who thinks he deserves the rest of your change from your bill after being 1 hour 45 min late with your delivery that was ice cold by the way , what a joke this place turned into a regular 3 ring circus !! this place is now owned by a bunch of cheap caniving , greedy , unfriendly people that are losing tons of business because of this The place needs a serious update too they finally got rid of the swamp looking filthy fish tank !! It used to be well maintained and beautiful way back in the day !! These new owner Destroyed this place and its great reputation its so sad ! its just not the same warm , friendly, delicious Food , with great customer service place it used to be .. So sad but they wont stay in business much longer if they dont do something drastic to fix all these problems

I have ordered from this place many times before. Recently the orders are always incorrect (something missing or not as ordered). Today I picked up an order missing an item and another dish with no chicken, as ordered, just vegetables. Manager promised to deliver correct order. Never delivered, no call. Though the food is ok, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are too many very good Chinese restaurants in the area to settle for this mediocre food and poor service.

This is a decent place if you want to get lower cost sushi and have all the standard fast-food Americanized Chinese food options. They do take out and delivery. I give it 3 stars mainly, because of service. I live 4 miles away, yet it takes them at least an hour to deliver to me, so I normally do take out. The guy at the front desk is always rushing you to place an order. If he took some time to converse just a little, hed probably get more money out of me.

food is good but the delivery drivers arent friendly. he called to tell me he was outside so I told him I was coming he proceeded to open the front door n was upset because the tip we gave him wasnt what he wanted and started cursing infront of my 6 month old daughter n slammed my door. I will never order from this place again !!!

They never get an order right and this time was the last straw. After ordering sweet and sour chicken it was delivered without sweet and sour sauce. When I called to complain they had the gall to say you eat without this time and well be more careful next time .unacceptable will never use again

The people that eat sushi hear and call it amazing dont know what sushi is. If you want Sashimi and Sushi go else where. If you think "California Rolls" and other non raw fish Maki is sushi then go there and eat your fake crab and enjoy ORRR go to McDonalds.

The food is good and cooked properly and the staff is friendly and courteous. As far as the decor, are you there to eat or judge the place, its traditional and great just the way it is. PRICE IS AWESOME whomever said it was expensive is a LIAR. Enjoy

OK but not nearly the best or freshest sushi ive had. One word of advice, if you want great sushi then I suggest you go to a sushi place that is made by Japanese people, not Chinese
