Really wan Na kwo
Good quality.... I guess thats expected of Cold Stone. I ordered a birthday cake with specific instructions, nothing to fancy. Well they screwed up on the cake layer. obviously I wouldnt be able to tell until the cake was cut. Everything else was done just fine. But Andre the manager must not know how disappointing it is to see someone upset because she was expecting a particular cake. I couldve just went to Baskin Robbins and picked up a cake, or even to Levittown. But I knew I wouldve been in that area at the pick-up time, so it was convenient ordering what I wanted online. Im in town for a wedding. So my time is scarce. He offered to give me 25% back...which i didnt want because I was initially told i could get 25% off of the cake. I guess that means two different things to Andre and myself. So my advice to you, when you order a cake asked 5 times if the cake is right before you walk out and then just hope it is. I take it they didnt care being that the cake was paid in full. And to you Andre you cant get very far in life if you cant listen. In order to do that you have to stop talking. You might learn something.

Ive been coming here since I moved to Long Island almost a decade ago. Every time, the ice cream is great, the people are friendly, and the customers are all in a good mood. I suppose thats the wonder of handmade, customizable ice cream. They used to all sing when someone dropped a tip in the jar which was quite amusing; sadly havent seen this happen anymore but its an experience enhancer more than anything.

Nice place with excellent service, however they are quite busy and had a long line when I went which wrapped around the small store and went outside but the employees still made sure each customer was satisfied and werent made to feel inconvenienced or rushed to make a decision. My only complaint is the size of the store for someone like myself who was in a wheelchair which made moving around an issue.

Love this place. Great ice cream and a variety of selection of ice cream and toppings. Its small but the line moves decently. Very cute place. However only 1 table in side but argyle park is right near by. Plenty of bars and resuraunts around too.

They are few and far between now-a-days but this Cold Stone continues to be our go to ice creamery all year long. Once the spring hits, expect to wait on a line...but so worth it!

Its not cheap compared to Mr Softee, but the ice cream is infinitely customizable with mix in options. I recommend sweet cream with chocolate chips, raspberries, and fudge sauce.

Food tends to take forever to come out even when its not busy. Kind of a let down. Your food will either come out blazing quick and hot or take years and be semi cold
