I am a gold memeber at BJS for years. I went to shop at Deer Park store around 515pm today. When I walked in went straight to food court. There was a lady by the name of Stephanie using broom sweeping the food court floor. I asked if she had hot dogs, she replied no she is closed. I saw some chicken nuggets bags in the warmer. I asked her if I could buy. Next is all surprise to me......... She threw her broom on the floor, grabbed a bag of nuggets from the warmer and threw on the counter and asked me to pay very very rudely and disrespectfully. It got more exciting when I said to her that I did not need such a rude behaviour from her. She picked up the bag of nuggets that I was going to buy and all the other bags in the warmer and threw them in the garbage. I tried to complain to General Manager Amanda who asked her junior manager Daniel to help me out but there is nothing that they did to appologize or go out of there way to address the matter. Very racist and corrupt bunch of emplyees. I dont recommend that store at all.

My experiences at BJs prior to today have all been extremely positive. Usually the customer service is excellent and you are always greeted with a welcoming smile. Today however, I was shopping with my teenage son, who was wearing a bookbag because he was going to the gym afterwards, and upon exiting he was asked to open his bag so it could be searched. Since when!?! They already have the policy of checking every item on the receipt. Its an annoying method of loss prevention, but its done to everyone so that never bothered me. This however, was different. The audacity to single my son out and invade his privacy because you think he looks like someone who would steal. My son is such an amazing young man who in no way deserves to be insulted in this manner. I am thoroughly disappointed and angered by this situation, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good place to find what you need. I would give it 5 stars. Only thing is the checkout lines get super busy at times. Every market has the same problem so till we find a way to help it Im not allowed to give you 5 starts. Awesome place tho.

Parking lot crowded but registers not bad. Was near heat exhausting and need of a bottle of water. Machines empty at entry, soda machine wouldnt take dollar bills & the food court was closed- again. What is up with that?

Your standard "membership/large box/warehouse club". Lines can be a little slow sometimes, but things have sped up since they have added handheld scanner guns to some of the self-checkout lines.

BJs is a pleasurable place to shop!! Spent about an hour and a half here on 5/30/17.. made a few friends while shopping... for those who saw will never forget... Excellent time!!
