After eating at Khans Mongolian Barbeque in Bellevue NE, it was going to be a tough order to follow. And it was. Great concept, but what I got here was highly Anglo. The stir fry did not taste like a Chinese dish, it tasted Swing American, like LaChoy in the 1970s. The choice of sauces was abysmal. No hot pepper oil to choose from. All way too sweet and not very flavorful. Their noodles consisted of what appeared to be spaghetti. I did not get a lot of food for my money, and dinner for two (actually it was lunch) cost about $30. Very high for stir fry. The wife liked it, but I will not go back. Its not TERRIBLE, but Ive had better, including stir fry *I* prepared to *MY* taste. Throw in the high price and I wont be back. Perhaps bland is what YOU might like, but not my bill. Sorry.

Love the food but service is just sad. We came in and there was already a couple in front waiting to be seated, who left a few minutes after we walked in because there was not a host to seat them. Not a good sign. We didnt wait that long before the hostess came up front. We were sat and waited at least 5 minutes for anyone to come greet us. Server was really nice but in the time it took us to go and build our bowl, we came back and still waited another couple of minutesting for our drinks. She kindly explained that she had to brew some tea, which I get I used to be a server and brewing tea takes forever. But at least come back and give us some waters in the mean time. After that we saw her maybe two more times.

Dont know how the food is; but they sure dont pay their bills! My company was asked to perform service work (we are Electrical Contractors) at the Las Cruces, NM location on 10/01/13 and still cant get paid the $59.00 they owe! The district manager gave an email address to invoice the work to, and has since quit responding (after sending other addresses to email to). We have been in contact with corporate bookkeepers several times...and still no payment. Cant bear the thought of eating there at this point...I dont recommend doing business with this company.

The food was absolutely delicious. Their build a bowl has always been their main feat and with great reason. Ive been here 3 times and the service is always amazing complimenting the great food. Very courteous employees and the facility is just beautiful from the inside. Its slightly small but it hardly takes away from the experience. Definitely recommend it.

If you love Stir Fry, and custom making bowls at that, this is the place to be. Friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere. A great place to go with a group or date that isnt overly pricey while getting your moneys worth. Plus you get reusable Tupperware for To-Go boxes which are great to use at home.

Amazing food and friendly staff. We drove from El paso since they closed the one there. Only complaint was that the menus were sticky, utensils looked dirty, and they got our order wrong on one bowl. We paid for a large but they only gave us one side (we asked for fried rice and noodles)

This was was my second time at Genghis grill. They do provide variety meats, spice , sauces and etc. But most of the people dont know how to cook, so they dont have any idea that how they spice and all they want. Me personally had put a lot of spices in mine.

You get to choose your own ingredients, like the meat, vegetables, sauces and toppings and seasonings. They just cook it for you and you can watch them while they prepare it. They have a good variety to choose from. Atmosphere and staff friendly and helpful.

We walked in and waited a while for the hostess. She finally came up and said there was a 5-10 minute wait even though the restaurant was half empty. The service was fine once we were seated. The waitress was nice and our food was out fast.

They do have interesting concept but they trick you with small bowls when you can choose the ingredient. The choosinf bowl is so small so you can not put variety of food. So i tried a couple of times and stopped going there.

It is good, no big thrills. Can be confusing to first-time diners. Make sure you overload the bowlast or you get cheated for the price. Appetizers are pricey but good.
