0 stars I am disgusted with the service I was given by the manager tonight on Valley in Las Cruces. I understand that they were busy, but I have never been treated by a manager like that before, much less laughed at by other employees. I was refused the name of the manager and the store number so I could complain properly. I understood that they were busy, I was willing to wait, but please acknowledge someone waiting after 5-7 minutes at the micorphone, not including all the additional wait time which in total was about 25 minutees After I told my husband I was upset and probably used an unsavory word, ( I saw the employee with their headphones around their neck not on there heads listening) The manager finally responded by saying "Youre done and so is your mouth. Leave and dont come back again." I was told I would not be serviced and to leave now. He came out and yelled at me that he was the manager and I was told to wait and would be given the information requested, however when I pulled forward, through the drive thru he visibly locked the door and then window When it was open again, everyone else was served behind me. I attempted to document who the offenders were so that on Monday I could complain and I was told by the manager that I was not allowed to do that and the cops were being called. He refused to give me any information.... Really? I am certainly not done being upset about this. It felt like it was a waste of 30 minutes. yes.....30 minutes there and I had to go somewhere else for food!! I cant believe this happened at my local Sonic. #sad #disgusted I miss the old manager or owner!!!!! #boycott Look for my tweet and FB post

Guy taking orders was poorly trained. Girl at window was on another planet and has no business working a machine or cash register or handling money. Between these two they had our very simple order sooo confused and mixed up, and if we followed their directions we would have paid almost 3 times what our order should have been! We finally gave up and drove off!

went to grab a quick snack and they were out of almost everything I wanted. mozzarella sticks, tater tots, sprite, milk then when I pulled up you could hear the guy rambling off an entire list of things they didnt have. Ive been to this one before and received horrible service I. yhe past as well. wont be back

I live across the street and have called in orders multiple times which always end at11. Tonight because of an "ice cream rush" JAMES stated they close "now" which was 5 min till 10. I do not like being lied to hence the bad review. James was misinformed and therefore provided #ShityService

I dont know if the manager/owner cares that they shut down @ 1130, not 12. The lights stay on, but when u park and push the button, they mutter something and never reply after that.
