The staff here are great. They screw up occasionally, a lot of it is because the speakers suck and theyre pretty busy more often than not, but they go above and beyond to make up for mistakes and try their best to make sure you leave feeling satisfied rather than disgruntled. I live within walking distance and go there often for drinks and orders than can be complicated but they have my earned and kept my 5 Star approval. Great job, guys and gals!

Service was terrible, and i say this even in consideration that this is just a fast food joint. 2 cars that arrived there after me recieved their food first. When I did recieve my food, my burger was not what I ordered, the fries were cold, and they were out of lids for drinks. 35 minutes for a simple fast food order, nothing special ordered. Dont go on your lunch hour, youll be back to work late.

Will never stop here again. Dirty tables, horrible service, burgers were gross! My 3 year old got a cherry limeade slush, she spit it out. I went to try it, it was all syrup with a few specks of ice. Disgusting. A true bummer, the one place we stopped for food on our 12 hour drive.

Asked for an Arnold Palmer with not a lot of ice, got it filled to the top with ice. They dont have banana splits any more and they dont have swirl cones. Everything is overpriced and nothing is the way you ask for it. I have tried it a few times and am now done trying it!

My food took a little bit of time but I also had a large order. They made my burger wrong but immediately fixed it. All the food was really fresh and delicious. Good place to eat at 11pm and just off the freeway.

If overpriced fast food is what you want, youll certainly get it here. Large onion rings for $3, and you get 4 small rings, every time!!! Chicken fingers??? More like chicken little toes.

Got a loaded Coney and the chili was spoiled. I complained and afyer a long wait, got refunded. I still cant believe they didnt notice the smell of the chili before they served it
