The customer service leaves a lot to be desired not to mention the food. First, the service is not at all what it should be. The cashiers, baristas, and servers need a refresher course on how to do their jobs well and with care. That means making eye contact, greeting, being polite, and listening. Oh barista. When a customer says no/light foam, that doesnt mean fill it to the brim. If a customer says nothing about the foam - that does not mean filling up the cup halfway and foaming the rest. Youre ripping off your paying customer. Stop it. Servers, I know the job is sometimes thankless. However, dont make faces if we tell you that what youve brought to the table is not what we ordered and please, when youre walking around checking tables if you see garbage on the floor... Food. Over sugared, over buttered and over salted. There really isnt a good way to mask some of the prepackaged stuff that is being served. Overall, I would not recommend the CBC. The ambience isnt welcoming, the music is always too loud, the dining area is dimly lit with very dark furniture and decor.

This is a great place for a meeting when you are tired of Starbucks, or an easy lunch or dinner spot. The ambiance is nice and there are a lot of choices for food. You can sit outside in a covered patio or there is a large dining area. It does get quite busy for lunch. We meet there once a week for an off-site team meeting and the staff is friendly and service is reliable. The only awkward thing is the entry into the parking lot. You have to either go through the lot of a pool store or down this small access road.

My daughter and I went there 2 weeks ago. Had coffee and 3 pastries between us. Coffee was weak and pastries were OLD, bordering on very old. Very disappointed as I had such high hopes that it would be as delicious as it looked. We will however be back to try their sandwiches and salad as the table next to us had what looked like amazing food. Hope we arent disappointed again !!

We visit about every time we come to Las Cruces. Nice setting, good service, decent food. Have not tried them for anything outside of breakfast. the dinning area is quiet and clean. Severs are always friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor eating area but a lot of traffic so we tend to stay inside. It is near shopping areas and a little difficult to get into but worth it.

While listed as a "chain" it is a local restaurant that began in El Paso and branched out to Las Cruces. There are a total of four (4) restaurants in the "chain". I also have the food be better than "standard". Their food is made fresh daily, offers some unique choices, and is my "go to" restaurant in Las Cruces. The service and cleanliness are excellent as well.

Terrible experience. I ordered a steak and cheese panini. My bread was not cut with a knife when they separated the bun. It was torn into about 6 places. The sandwich wasnt even a panini. The bread was soaked in grease. The sandwich was $10.60 with tax and drink wasnt included. Way over priced! This place is awful. Support local.

Ever since our first visit we have been hooked now every time we come through Los Cruces this has become a treat. Thank you for always having top quality ingredients and finished products your coffee is delicious the patio is perfect. I recommend this to anybody who enjoys a quality baked good

It was amazing! the service was great, the food was great and everyone was doing their job very well. the atmosphere in this place is amazing and I hardly has to wait for my food to come out not to mention that it was delicious. Ive never ate at a better place and i doubt i ever will.

The food is good, but not worth putting up with the bad service. On multiple occasions weve had our orders come out wrong, and today they brought out an entirely different menu item from what we ordered. Again, good food but such poor service shouldnt be rewarded.

Im not a big sandwich guy but I got the the green Chile and chicken panini and it was really good. They also have a good selection of muffins and desserts. has a nice atmosphere and is always very clean the few times Ive been here. Staff is very friendly.

Been a fan since they opened a number of years ago. I tried breakfast here for the first time, today, and it was quite the great. Ive thoroughly enjoyed every meal Ive had here. Staff is friendly and courteous, and the whole place is always very clean.

The food here is very good but definitely expensive. Atmosphere is very relaxing and I like that they offer tables as well as couch lounge seats. Great for a chill spot. The outside eating area is also very relaxing.
