This is a franchise owned by a person who works as the manager of this Cicis Pizza restaurant. She, of course is a lovely person who cares abut her customers and their business as well. But sometimes the personnel other than her can ignore you to the point that you have to go looking for someone to give charge you for the buffet. What I notices is that now the owner of the franchise is the one who is at register. Based on my own experiene, food is delicious served hot and ready to eat on the buffet bar.

Extremely gross and over-priced pizza. Inattentive kids running the place. This last visit they were completely out of napkins, the pizza looked like it was 3 days old, there was hardly a selection, the dishes were beat up and looked dirty, the whole place was dirty, and the credit card machine took about 4 minutes to work. I choked down a couple of slices just to try to get my moneys worth and felt sick afterward. Its the last time my family will be going to Cicis Pizza.

If you dont speak Spanish youre going to be treated like an idiot. Manager doesnt follow ADA law. Bathrooms smell terrible. Pizzas taste old and staff are too busy talking to each other to do their job. Table cleaner threw our food/my drink away when my husband went to get a refill and I went to get a fork, manager did nothing except shrug.

Cicis has gone downhill fast. From the cold to lukewarm pizza the had to offer, to the wilted lettuce and stale veggies on their salad bar, this establishment is not worth the value which has increased since the last lunch visit. Use your 6.99 plus $2 drink cost for Dions up the street instead.

Would you all eat at a place that practices poor labor? My wife rachel worked there , and was replaced so someones son can work. The excuse was she spent too much time with customers? Who ever thought of such excuse! Time to hire a lawyer...

Last time im ever coming to this dump. Pizza was old and nasty. Staff is rude and lazy to serve fresh pizza. The only decent thing about this place is the salad bar other then that everything else was horrible. Dont recommend this place at all.

Fast, inexpensive pizza buffet. We came at 4PM on a Wednesday and it was pretty empty. Some of the pizza had been sitting a while, but this was probably because they werent having to swap them out often. Store was very clean overall.

This place was disgusting! The service was awful!, the food wasnt being replaced, the food they did have was cold and the manager ther didnt even care! Never go there...you will be disappointed!

Good pizza and always make a custom pizza for you. If you wanna add ham or something else on you pizza and it is not Im the salad bar area you can simply ask and they will give it to you.

Not a bad selection of pizzas for an all you can eat place. They also offer pasta, soup, salad, and deserts. They will also make you what ever kind of pizza you want if you ask.

The workers are to slow. The manager brings her kids to work and lets them act like its a playground. Not very professional. DONT BRING YOURE KIDS TO WORK.
