Worst service ever. I came on a Tuesday at 5:45 and was a party of one. Was seated immediately in a section with 3 other occupied tables. It was 5mins before they took my drink order and another 5mins to order my meal because the waiter "was swamped". 10 mins later my salad arrived. I had plenty of time to finish my salad, bread sticks, and iced tea in the 15 mins it took to get my meal. The waiter kindly told me he would get me a refill, and some more bread stick (neither ever happened). When the server finally brought my meal she dropped the handle of the cheese grater on my plate and spilled cheese all over the table to which prompted may waiter to say " I dont think it touched your food. Ill clean that up and bring you some more tea.) He did bring the tea, but didnt clean up the mess until he brought the check. when you come to this location there are some local terms you need to know. Swamped = 3 other tables. Tuesday = busiest night of the week. Large group = 1 person. Refills = 1 per visit Unlimited = what you get the first time. Ill clean that up = sometime before the next customer sits down. Save yourself the hassle, there is a Wendys across the street.

Service 3/5, Atmosphere 1/5, Food 2/5. Our party of 3 ordered Zuppa Toscana with our dinner entrees, which arrived mostly broth with no Kale and tiny bits of potato & sausage. Our waitress brought us new bowls with more substance; We likely wouldve asked for a different soup if shed offered. The steak in the "Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo" had a bizarre, almost ammonia-like taste - The "Stuffed Chicken Marsala" was a very small portion for the $18 price, and was not "stuffed" at all, but cooked with all of the cheese over the top. The mashed potatoes and breadsticks were probably the best part of the meal. All of the booth seating and small tables make this Olive Garden feel more like a Dennys or Perkins, and much less like other Olive Gardens Ive visited in the past. Overall, I cant say the experience warrants a return or recommendation.

HORRIBLE. My family of four (2 children, 2 adults) came in to eat and we were sat immediately. We ordered shortly thereafter after waiting over 20 minutes, we got some water. 70 minutes later our food was delivered. I ordered fettuccine alfredo and it was barely edible. The sauce was coagulated and sitting in a pool of oil. Our waitress was rude and after my small children became restless after waiting over an hour for even a bread stick she said, "well - some new moms get nervous about their kids being in a restaurant." My oldest is 4 - I am hardly a "new mom." I took my kids to the car, my husband stayed behind for the dessert (that was part of our meal). He waited 25 minutes before walking out empty-handed. Save your money, time and patience. Bozeman Olive Garden is a HUGE fail.

In the afternoon, we called for a reservation of 10 people for 6:30 pm, spoke to the manager and was told that they dont take reservations. Three of us showed up at 6:15 and put our name in for a table of 10. At 7:20 pm we still had not been seated and other groups of people had come and gone. We over heard that a group showed up early for their reservation and needed to come back later.. . . HUH?! We have learned from past experience at this restaurant, Bozeman, that they wait time is loooooong and the time to get your food is loooong. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant for any group over four especially if you have children!!!

About a month ago I was placing a carryout order when my son pulled the fire alarm... My son is young and has moderate autism, when he saw a box around the fire alarm that said "lift here" he didnt realize to "lift here" he would set it off. The manager on duty immediately attended to it, and was so kind to both him and I. Most people are not so nice to me and my child when situations like that happen. I was so impressed with her composure, her patience, and her kindness. My food was prepared quickly, and the rest of the staff there was so understanding as well. Thank You!!!!

Good Friday, bad choice. They were slammed and our waitress tried hard but very disappointing. Had to ask for water many times before it finally came during our meal. They tried to serve one meal (there were 7 in our party) before we had our salad or appetizers. Food quality was not as advertized in menu-my shrimp was missing. Specialty cocktails were all so sweet it was hard to get them down. Mixed different everytime. They were out of several things-strawberries, peaches, mint, one beef dish that was a specialty. It took us almost 2 hours to have lunch.

Its a hit or miss whether or not you get good service here. Sometimes its so busy that you dont get your water filled for a while. But other than that it is usually pretty good. Also....I took away a star because they no longer have the risotto bites haha. They have these zuchinni things that are just gross. But other than that I always love chicken and gnocchi soup and the wine samples are always nice because I get to try new things.

I absolutely love the staff and service at Bozemans Olive Garden. For my birthday they offered a dessert and even delivered a signed card from the employees there. Their gnocchi soup is delicious, and I read that they donate extra soup to the local food bank. What a wonderful restaurant! We usually sit at the booths in the bar area as its quieter and the service is always fantastic. Thank you for many great lunches and dinners. :)

I used to think Olive Garden was my favorite restraurant but since the last time I have been there I was really upset about the fact that they charged us four dollars for a little side of marinara sauce ans when my fiance and Is entree came it was not impressive at all since it cost me eighteen dollars for a shrimp ravioli with lobster sauce it was super fishy tasting like it was not fresh at all.

They seem to salt everything but the food is still fairly bland. I couldnt even finish my salad because it was salty. We go here occasionally since my husband likes the big portions. The service is usually very good. Our waitress today handed me the wrong dish. Luckily my husband noticed before I took a bite because I was allergic to it. The pumpkin cheese cake was pretty good.

There was a short wait on a Friday night, but there was room at the bar so we ate there. The breadsticks and salad were phenomenal as always, however the chicken scampi and shrimp scampi were completely different dishes, which we did not expect. However they were both quite delicious and the bartender that waited on us was on top of her game, she did an excellent job!

My wife and I just went here for dinner and are extremely satisfied. The food is delicious, with large portions (not to mention unlimited bread sticks and soup). And our server Leif, was the prime example of excellent customer service. I cant remember ever being treated so well at a restaurant, and would recommend this place to anyone, all because of Leif.
