My husband has a serious allergy to gluten. A small amount of gluten can put him anaphylactic shock. I was excited to try the gluten free cookies. I figured they advertise in large signs their gluten free products that it would be safe. I watched the cookies were separated, she put gluten free in a separate bag and put gluten free sticker on the bag. He ate one small cookie and in minutes his mouth swelled, pain in his stomach and extreme vomiting which lead to diarrhea. Sugarflake Bakery needs to remove their signs and stop selling gluten free products before they kill someone! I will be going to the store with the rest of the cookies so maybe they can figure out what they did wrong.

I dont like this bakery at all "best cookies and cheesecake" I dont think so. I got an éclair (even if its not their specialty I thought it would still be good) and the outside was like it had previously been frozen(which it probably had because their kitchen is like five feet wide) Also I wasnt really feeling their "vibe" if you know what I mean, as soon as I got their the lady was like" what would you like?" (And you know when I hadnt even seen anything yet its kind of hard to chose what you want) so thats really it but you should try it so you can see what it tastes like to form your own opinion

Worst experience Ive ever had with a bakery. I ordered a cake for my 6 year olds birthday party and they failed to deliver it to the Wyckoff bakery which is where I was supposed to pick it up. Instead I had to pick it up at the River Vale location and missed half of my daughters party. The owner was less than sympathetic and instead told me that I was partly to blame for the mixup!!! Will never make the mistake of ordering a cake from them again.

As you enter, you get the delicious aroma of all the pastries, cakes and fresh bread. It is also a dazzling sight for your eyes. As I walked to the back of the bakery and saw the area for ice cream, I was sold. The only problem for first timers, is the parking situation. It’s a bit confusing.

There is plenty of parking, no lines, my friend works there and they donate tons of bakery items to local shelters and the needy (even to me). The bakery items are top notch.It is a clean place and children friendly.I highly recommend it, the service employees are very friendly too.
