I love costco, whether it be online or in-store. They have such a great selection in clothes, electronics, instruments, food and bakery, tire center, house items, appliances, furniture, etc. When my Moms tire went flat (a tire purchased from Costco 2 years before), Costco gave my mom a new tire for free. They rotate tires for free. When we bought a grill, and couldnt find replacement burners 7 years later (the burners had a life time guarantee and we looked EVERYWHERE for them from Ebay to all retail stores), Costco refunded all of our money for the grill. Electronics can only be returned within 30 days for any reason, but anything else can be returned at any time. Costco is amazing and I love the one in Wayne. Everyone is helpful and the selection is amazing. It is well-worth the membership!! The on-line store is awesome, too, and most items ship for free. We looked for a dining room set for years and found one online for a reasonable price that had free white glove delivery and came quickly. It is heavy and is really gorgeous. Costco has amazing jewelry as well. Prices are super reasonable. Costco has beautiful clothes and coats as well, but it is kind of a hit or miss. Once, I even saw Juicy Couture sweats outfits for much cheaper than in other stores. They always have the cutest baby clothes and I have bought a lot from them. They also have beautiful baby things online as well as camera baby monitors. They usually have designer purses in cases as well as Swarovski but, yet again, it is a hit or miss. Now, you can even get cabinets or flooring from Costco. It is the best store I know of and has the best customer ratings.

Been going here for years. Staff is always nice and helpful and work hard. I was in the bakery today and filled out a form to order a birthday cake. When i dropped the form it in the order box I forgot to check if they already had a pre made cake in the fridge. Of course they the cake I wanted pre made. Since I got the cake I wanted I wanted to cancel my cake order that I dropped in the order box so the bakers didnt waste their time making a cake I didnt need. So i asked one of the people in the bakery to disregard my cake order. Her name was Maria. She then opened the cake order box to make sure our order was cancelled. She gave our order form back and looked at the pre made cake we picked up in the fridge. She then asked us if we wanted a name on the birthday cake since it just said happy birthday. We happily said yes and gave her the cake. She gave us a few options of colors for the icing and then wrapped tha cake back up for us. We were very appreciative that she was happy to help us and didnt hesitate when she saw us asking for help. She was great and made me love costo even more.

i dont know about sitruc or alex but everytime i go there the staff is very helpful maybe they are the those annoying members in front of you online that dont wanna renew there membership but still want to shop or they are the members that complain because costco moved an item to another location in there wharehouse and there fat butts dont wanna walk to far away from a demo cart cause they might miss there free lunch and dinner , i have been shopping at this location for ten years and i have noticed the change thats has happened there within the last year or so. for one its so much cleaner there and they recently remodled there meat and deli section which looks AWESOME. plus i buy pallets of product every so often and the management staff that i know there always takes care of me. you people have no idea what your missng at the new wayne costco ps alex your someone thats wants to return a tv u bought 3 yrs ago and cant read the return policy no wonder no one can help you

I have visited Costco at Wayne, Hackensack, Clifton in NJ and Nanuet, NY. I would like to compare these four Costco locations, these rating just for majority staffs and members not for all people. The best staffs are at Wayne, NJ and Nanuet, NY. The worst members are at Wayne, NJ. I give Wayne Costco four stars for the Staffs and one star for Members. At Wayne Costco lots members visit the Wayne Costco everyday just for the free samples and they are very demanding. I have seen a member hit the sample table with shopping cart several times because the staff did not give her more freebies and in the mean time, lots members were behind the nasty member. Lost members never say thank you when they ask for free samples. I have seen members open product packages and eating the product, then members put the open packages at store before they checkout. I have saw policy was outside to take report from members because members lost their pocketbook and wallet.

WOW!!! On Presidents Day paid a visit to this Costco, w/my Son & Grandkids. It was Bustling with Excitement & Customers eager to Discover their next Favorite Find! I couldnt resist Makers Mark Bourbon (my fav), & Apothic Wine, which was highly recommended by friends. Luscious Strawberries & Blueberries for Olivia & Diapers galore for Isaac, whos almost a year old! Lines were long to Check out, but, they moved Fast. Our cart was FULL!! A Big Thank you 2 Barbara & our Friendly cashier, Mirella. So much to See & Sample...Fun Time had by All!

Once this Wayne location moved to a bigger and this location is a lot better than the Clifton, Union, and East Hanover location for me. Its never as crowded as the one in Clifton and they sell gas here too. This space shares the same parking space with JC Penny and bahama breeze and DSW, so theres plenty of parking. The old space also started to flood after a large storm so Im glad this new space has worked so well. This Costco also sell Beer and hard liquor. Before a snowstorm I always stock up here.

This Costco is on my way back home from work, so I go there occasionally. Photo Center: HATE it Tire Center: HATE it, bunch of idiots working there. Overall Store: Sucks...hardly have people to help you find the products you are looking for. If I had option to get my money back for membership, I would! I renewed my membership because of the good repo the company have towards their employees and the CEO is a good guy! But the employees dont seem to be appreciating it, very poorly managed store!

This is one of my favorite Costco locations, its one of the few that has a large selection of wine and spirits (other than beer). I live in NYC and usually go to the Manhattan or Brooklyn Costco, which both do not sell wine/spirits. Its usually well stocked on the weekends, I buy most of my produce here. Avoid crowds by coming in the morning and near closing time, although Ive come here in the middle of the day on a weekend and the lines arent that bad and move quickly.
