This place is awful... I ordered a birthday cake to have ready for my kids birthday and not only was the cake not ready, these idiots looked clueless saying they do not have the order, yet my name and phone #was on the list. So now my kids have no cake, PURE IDIOTS-Not Only did they not have my cake, they refused to give cash payment back on a debit payment so now the money will take days to come back! I gave this bakery 3 chances and they have failed. Ive come back repeatedly and they continue to mess up! FAILURES AND I WILL NOT RETURN.SO IF U HAVE AN IMPORTANT EVENT, DONT USE THIS PLACE, LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.THEY SUCK instead of the lady being empathetic.she harped on the employee who took the order being great and then she told me my cake wouldnt even last and make it to NYC...Customer service is about correcting the wrong, not being nasty and wrong again...because i did not want to wait another 15-20 mins for her to give me some BS i did not order ,i feel like they took super long to return my funds. i think it was very rude and the bakery just lost a great customer.ive used the place for business in the past....NEVER AGAIN!

Throughly disappointed right now. My family and I have been going to Supremes Bakery for YEARS for every event and recommending them to others whenever possible. However over the last year they have been messing up order after order and the customer service is beyond terrible. The quality of the cakes are still delicious but the staff and bakers cannot or refuse to follow the design instructions for customized cakes. Then the attitude given due to their error is simply unacceptable. Lastly, as a manager you are to set the tone and example for your employees and the manager Phyllis is a horrible example. Her demeanor was less than unprofessional. Sorry to say we must now find another bakery.

Ordered a cake for my 25th birthday and when placing the order I told the person that I would be having someone else pick the cake up. When my aunt brought the cake to my party I noticed the 25 was massing on top of the cake which was the whole point of the cake to celebrate my 25th birthday. I called the next day and they told me I should have came back because someone forgot to put it on. Mind you it was snowing and we were at my birthday party already all the way in Weehawken ! They basically did not care, they told me I should have picked it up myself then I would have noticed it.....I wont be ordering from there again. That is a horrible thing to say to someone.

Today was not one of my better experiences . Customer service was not at its best unfortunely . I asked the woman politely to put on gloves while providing service and she actually attempted to explain why she did not need to wear gloves . I had to explain to her why I would prefer that she wear at least one glove ! She did put on one glove and was not pleasant at all while prodding service . I can not say that I would never go back but I will say if shes there I will politely ask if someone else can assist me .

Supreme Bakery made our wedding cake this past July and it was above-and-beyond fantastic. I gave them an idea and a blurry picture of what Id like the cake to look like and they turned it into a masterpiece. They gave me a very reasonable price. Best of all, the cake itself was delicious! It was seriously the best wedding cake Ive ever tasted. I am completely satisfied with Supreme Bakerys service and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

First time at this establishment. Picked up about 12 baked goods for a small get together at my house. Unfortunately two of the cupcakes I received were stall. Good news is I went back in with the stale goods and was able to replace them, but its something that easily could have been prevented. Overall the fresh goods that I received were well executed, especially the chocolate chip cookies.

I usually have a good experience at this bakery but the last time I ordered from here was not good. I got a picture scanned onto the cake and was told it was edible. When my family cut the cake though, it clearly wasnt edible. We had to peel the picture off in order to actually eat the cake.

I have been a customer since the birth of my first daughter 15 years ago. Their cakes are the best all four of my children are in love with the cupcakes. My husband and I love the danishes. we will have no other bakery but the BEST Supreme Bakery..

Ordered a 12" birthday on 8/11/17 picked it up on 8/12/17 when I got home and served the cake it was very dry and tasted stale will look to other bakeries in the future.
