This location is the WORSE I have ever been to when it comes to giving accurate waiting time. I have been to this location on SEVERAL occasions and when it comes to accommodating a family of 5 it is by far the worse. Im specifically talking about this location because I personally love TGI fridays so I try to go very often especially with my children because they love it too and we have gone to other locations who STICK to the accurate waiting time they give us. This location gives me 25 minutes and we are there for almost an HOUR. meanwhile Im watching families of 4 or three get seated within 5-10 minutes of waiting. most recent Visit was on Saturday 05/9/15 at about 6:47pm, I asked how long is the wait, the hostess once again tells me a 25 min wait however we did not get seated until 7:30pm. they dont take reservations, they dont want to take your name over the phone, they dont even have the small vibrating remote devices so you can wait outside. BY FAR the worse. the only thing about this visit that was great was the WAITER CHRIS. We explained our frustration, He apologized immediately and served us as soon as he took our orders. I saw the restaurant manager while we were waiting and I KNOW he knew we were waiting a very long time so when it came to be seated, he was NOWHERE to be found. He DID NOT come to our table at all. very very disappointed with this location especially since its in the same location as the movie theatre.

I ordered a cheeseburger with fries from this location and while it was not inedible, it wasnt the greatest burger: It was very bland, dry and now..apparently- they dont use yellow american cheese on their classic cheeseburgers anymore. What you talkin about Willis!?? I had to get chedder cheese on it which made the burger even more tasteless. I did take out, went inside to pick up my order being that I ordered over the phone. From the moment I walked in, the hostess, who directed me to another hostess, pointed out that my order was sitting right there behind the podium. I thought that they at least kept the food on warmers until the costumer arrived to pick up their order? From that moment, I contemplated leaving because I immediately thought my food would be cold. Being that I was dead dog tired and damn near famished, I paid and got my order. As soon as I got to the car, felt my food, and it was just lukewarm...and of course, with fries, the moment it gets cold, it doesnt taste right. Ultimately, Ive decided I would never return to this Fridays anymore. I regret my twelve dollars I wasted on that crap.

This had always been my favorite Fridays, but I am fed up at this point. I generally go in to have a few specialty drinks and food. Recently the drinks have been made by some who clearly do not know how to make them. Though Matt is an excellent bartender , he refuses to make your drinks if you sit in a booth (lounge area) and not at the bar. Last night I went in with my 2 adult children and sat in the lounge area. I had forgotten my ID and the waiter and manager refused to serve me. I have 5 Grandchildren and the 2 of my children that were with me showed their ID proving to be over 21. I in no way shape or form can be mistaken to even be in my 30s, much less under 21. It was a ridiculous and humiliating experience that showed lack of common sense from a business point of view. Regardless of this idiocracy, I also notice that the portions of food has diminished in size considerably. They offer half price appetizers during happy hour, and they do not give you full portioned appetizers anymore. These places do not know how to leave good enough alone.

TERRIBLE!! Pulled up and my husband ran in to place an order to go at 8pm & was told it would take 20 minutes so he decided to wait in the car with my children and I. At 8:30 he went in to check on the order to be told it wasnt ready yet and to give them a few more minutes. At 8:45 my husband was told there was a miscommunication and that out of our entire order they only had one meal ready because that was the only meal that the hostess put in. That was a lie because my husband saw her take the entire order and the meal they had done was the very last order he gave her. At this point we have been sitting in the car without two children for over 45 minutes before the intial manager got involved and it still wasnt resolved. A second manager on shift got involved around 8:55 and it wasnt until 9:22pm am that our food was ready. So if youre looking for quality service and food stay away!! Everyone in there should be fired seriously!

I so hate calling this place to get a Togo order. I stay on hold for God knows how long. They never come back to the phone. One day I called just leaving from hillside so I call my order as Im driving someone asked me to hold ok Im driving and driving and wow look Im at the front door still on hold waiting to give my order. The people working there seem to think its cool. NO people its not...... Tried it again this time the phone was busy for hour, so I just said forget it. Today 4/12/16 I was on hold for 15 mins to be told the kitchen was backed up lol the damn kitchen is always backed up and the employees are too busy playing and making eye contact with each like school kids that they cant get there work done. I cant believe I gave one star wish I have given half for the have ass job they do in this low level establishment. FYI make down with the staff and get all new people from the front to the back of the house.

#1 bartender with kaepernick jersey make your statment not at work .#2Lady walks me to table whipes it leaves it all wet. #3Loud crowd . Roudy just wanted to eat and watch nfl and go to work . I was seated but server didint come. I hit the button on machine nothing. I stand at the bar no help. Then he finally comes. I order my burger go to bathroom to come back and 3 people decide to take my table and move my drink. Burger comes not bad but it was missing the sausage. I told him figure they can bring some out. But they decided to make new one. I left the new one behind for the employee to take home. I cant eat 2 burgers just wanted the sausage. #4 not clean and employees more into the tv than customers. I wont come 2 this location again or any other ones. Rather buffalo wild wings. Or a tilted kilt.

To be honest I wanted to see by myself how really bad the steak is there and whether or not this location is really what the previous reviews said it was. I WAS BLOWN AWAY MY ENTIRE VISIT. I recommend everyone that has not been there because of previous bad experience to erase the pass put aside the memory and give it a try again. The Staff is wonderful they are all new hire and speaking of new staff the Management is professional and also NEW, you can feel there is sense of urgency and quality services as they primary focus, if you are there simply ask for Madior. He stopped at every table to ask how was their dining experience with a smile. I believe this company understood the need that we all seek when we make a choice and they sure know how to spell hospitality and apply it in the entire place.
