I have been going to this Panera for many years but had not been there in a few months. Went in today to find out they had made some changes to the staff and decor. The new colors of paint on the walls looked great, but the place was so DIRTY and MESSY that I was disgusted. The person who seemed to be the manager seemed busy / seeing someone in the cashier department and I did not bother speaking to him after I asked him for a paper menu and he said if there were none in the front then they were out of them. (Apparently they were out of them.) There were napkins and bits of food all over the floor, everywhere there was carpeting was food and debris that had not been swept up, there was stuff on the floor in the area that I could see leading to the kitchen and prep area, the beverage areas were filthy and not properly stocked with supplies. I walked through the place a couple times inspecting, then took my mother and left. Was so upset that I did not dare to order food and eat in a FILTHY place!

I use Panera Bread consistently for business meetings and for their catering options. Generally they all do a nice job, however after my second attempt at working with this Panera Bread Ive yet again been disappointed. I submitted my order in the morning prior to 9 AM for pick up at 11:30 AM. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick up. I was told they were putting the finishing touches on my order. At 12:05 I FINALLY walked out of the cafe with my order. Management seemed to be in disarray as I was only being helped by an associate. The manager hardly seemed to care the order was so blatantly late. The only reason Ive given them 2 stars is because the order was correct. The sandwiches were hastily made and the soup barely warm. I would caution anyone using this cafe for larger orders. I personally had to reschedule a business meeting because of their poor preparation.

Terrible Service, Rude Manager, Long Lines! Usually only one cash register is open. Meaning you stand in line with families ordering food, even if all you want is a cup of coffee or pastry or bread. And then the person manning the register takes off to, say slice bread for a customer, while no one is manning the counter. Horrendous wait times! Meanwhile, the wonderfully rude manager sits somewhere inside the store instead of helping the stressed out register operators.

Its a bit narrow, so if even slightly crowded a little difficult to walk through. They had someone (a manager perhaps) validating all order for correctness even before giving them to customers which Ive never seen at any other Panera that Ive been to. Its a nice touch, albeit a bit of a bottleneck for order speed and walking through one of the narrowest parts of the restaurant (as the order checker was on the customers side of the counter).

Definitely the dirtiest Panera Ive ever been to with overflowing garbage bins and a bathroom with wet floors and odor. Beyond that, sandwiches are pretty sloppily served when compared to other restaurants in the chain and a cold coffee tap thatd been sitting there for over 2hours. I guess sometimes its the only Panera around. Im looking for an alternative.

Ok. 3-4 stars depending on the day. Friendly staff who remembers your name. I go very early in the morning so I dont often sample the full menu. The new autumn salads and sandwiches are appealing and healthy. Sometimes it seems like the food is just thrown together but, fast food, it should be expected.

I visit this Panera because of the location and ample parking. The Pick Two combo has great value and their hazlenut coffee is better than anything else out there. The Free WIFI brings me in to meet friends more often. Overall, a great place to go to.

Somber sad employees that seem like they are just passing time no real effort. Place needs people with spirit . In Millburn there are many places where one can get 10x better food at same cost with a smile.

This place needs and update or a new location. People stepping on each other, fast lane kiosk literally on top of tables of people eating and its untidy. Food ok but my turkey sandwich was lacking turkey.

Food is great! Had the summer corn chowder and the turkey, cheddar and apple sandwich, cinnamon scone and a specialty grapefruit soda. Delish! Quick service and very pleasant staff.

This is pretty much every Panera. As a chain theyre pretty consistent. Theres ample seating, though watch out in the parking lot. Cross traffic can be dangerous.
