Oct 9 2016 , 1430 hmm lets see where to start ? Place was empty was seated right away , was brought to table informed waitress on her way ok . Waitress arrives we were not ready to order but we asked for water , she comes back with water no lemon or lime in it duhhh ! We place order all u can eat shrimp and 1/2 salmon plate we order the free 3 oz of salad LOLOLOL yes they weigh it to 3oz ! She brings bread the red lobster muffins then the salads and walks away saying enjoy ! Problem is its about 5-10 minutes and no silverware to use and my salad Has a chunk of ice in it and several big pieces of white and brown lettuce seriously? Ok we get silverware we finally get our food I order another plate of shrimp only one new plate at a time and I wait 15 minutes for that plate next plate 10 minutes next plate again 15 minutes now one plate was shrimp and linguini , linguini sucked didnt eat it ! Grilled Brussels sprouts no flavor and hard both of these are sitting on my plate not eaten you would think now after 3-4 times waitress comes to table she would ask if somethings wrong with that food not one question now I ask for another order of shrimp and mention my last plate lololol would you believe she brought it out within 2 minutes walked away came right back hmmm isnt that strange ? Me sitting there having a meal 10-15 minutes now that Im leaving 2 minutes for same order of shrimp to come out ! To sum it up no lemon, no , silverware lousy Brussels sprouts , linguini lousy , long time before new order of shrimps come out and several other things like a bit of attitude LOLOLOL . I enjoy going to all you can eat shrimp at red lobster nice and clean but this visit was ridiculous why one order at a time why not 2 choices t a time and why 10-15 minutes per new order of shrimp? My companion sat there and watched me wait for my food ! I should have asked for a manager but I didnt ! Never complain when your still eating I want no extra additives not on menu! Besides now that Im there about 11/2 hours just wanted to go and she still got a 15 % tip I understand a waitress job we all need to work not everything is her fault ! Yes I would go back to see if it changes !

My family and I came here thinking we would have a nice relaxing lunch. When I first entered I noticed a smell similar to dirty dish towels. Once we were seated, I looked over to the right near the kitchen and I saw a bucket of dirty water with dish rags hanging out of it. First sign that we should have left. Next, we placed our lunch orders. The salad, drinks, and biscuits came quick and the waitress even gave us two baskets of biscuits. We thought that was nice since they were hot and yummy. Later when the lunch came we saw why they gave us so many biscuits. We couldnt believe that they actually served us that meal. The portion sizes were so small we thought it was for a child. Second bad sign. I ordered a dinner sized meal to go for my husband. It took a really long time to come. The waitress could have stopped by to refill our drinks while we waited but she didnt. Also, when the food arrived the portion size for the fish was ridiculously small. It was the same size as the lunch portion. At this point I was fed up and grabbed the manager to show him the meal. He said that the fish was the right size but the crab legs were skimpy. We got an extra set of crab legs but he forgot to give us more biscuits. My husband said the fish was rubbery and awful. I will not return to this location or to any other Red Lobster again because of this experience. The bill was $70 and I felt like I could have thrown it out the window and got the same dissatisfied results....that I was ripped off. Dont go here!!

I called on 11/22/15 at 645pm to place an order for pick up. The hostess who answered the phone said hold on after I told her I would like to place an order for pick up. She put me on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and called again. When she answered my second call, she sighed in annoyance and said "what do you want" . When I got to the restaurant 10 minutes later there werent many diners. I dined in a few days prior. My salad was fresh in top and rotting on the bottom. I only realized after I took a bite and tasted something sour. I also had to wait until the end of my meal for my passion colada, which by the time it got to me it was already melting and not the way it should taste. Ive been dining here for 15+ years, its a pity how the quality and customer service as deteriorated as bad as it has at this particular establishment.

I of all people understand that it gets busy on the weekends and Im the kind of person that doesnt let things like this get to me but, when I ordered something to pick up and I get there to pay an hour later ( which was the expected time) AND IM LITERALLY IGNORED by the girl (Jen) at the bar, who decides to help people who came after me, made me upset enough to waste my time to write this review. If it wasnt for another customer hailing someone to help me, I probably wouldnt have even be assisted. I hope this helps anyone that considers going there because I know that not all red lobsters (as well as some of their staff) are like this. They wont ever see my face there again, thats if they even would recognize me because of how invisible they made me feel

Went with my family to Red Lobster. The service was terrible, waiter was nowhere to be found at all times. He left us unattended for 40 minutes. Not to mention the food was awful, absolutely inedible!!!!!! My parents ordered The endless shrimp, which was undercooked and waited 40 minutes for their second round of shrimp!!!!!! The shrimp alfredo was disgusting and the shrimp was so tiny and tasted like it was out of a can!!!!! Actually went home starving!!!!!! Wish I didnt have to rate Red Lobster a 1 cause they deserve a 0 rating!!!!!!! If you want ghetto seafood please go to Red Lobster!!!!!!! Soooooooo disappointing!!!!!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes before waitress even came over to ask us about drinks. Appetizers came and 10 minutes went by before we had a chance to ask her for utensils and napkins. Yeah, they served us food without utensils and napkins. My lobster bisque was cold. My dinner was overcooked, the shrimp and lobster were just too tough to chew. The other customers were just ugh, and wearing sweatpants and jerseys to dinner with their families in public.

Every time I go to this Red Lobster theres always an issue. Wrong food, not fully cooked, over cooked, or having something in my food. Employees are rude no manners, and no organization. Seems like no one cares about the service given here. The food is overly prices for the amount of food and the quality of food. Disappointed always.
