Very poor catering experience. For the second time, the corporate office got the order wrong. Unfortunately, they cant do anything at the restaurant to correct it. All I hear from the catering manager is that its not their fault and that I need to talk to the corporate office. No ability to correct it since they order it from a centralized location. Both times, I asked to be contacted by the catering department. Both times, Ive been ignored. This past time, The store manager and the catering manager both guaranteed that I would be called. Its been over two weeks and Im still waiting. Very disappointing experience.

This is the 3rd time I have come here. I feel like its an amusement park. The place is drawing with unruly teens. Screaming from 1 side of the dinning room to the other, running from the front door to tell at the kids on the other side of the street . To make matters worse, half of the kids sit out side making it difficult to leave. NOT WORTH IT ! TO MANY OTHER PLACES TO EAT AROUND HERE.

We Take Out Dinner when baby sitting @ my Sons house. Last time I tried U Pick 2, Seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, filled w/chunks of pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, & pecans, ( chicken 2, if U like)...a taste of Summer in Every Bite!! plus Veg.Corn Chowder, both were Yummy!

As any Panera the food is great and healthy. The coffee is great with several selections. Staff is friendly. Service is fast and place is very clean and cozy. Easy to get there and parking is enough and one can always park at the general parking lot within the mall its at, if it happens to be full.

Food is good for the most part, however the costumer service is poor. The sales clerks have a attitude that leaves a lot to be desired. They be have as though it is a inconvenience for them to take your order. The cleanliness is poor. The tables are often dirty, and the carpet needs replacing.

Horrible customer service. Young kids at the counter who could care less about serving people. They dont greet you and they sound like robots. I ordered a smoothie and it took forever. They should train the people who take orders. Really bad.
