The Art of Salad has great food. You wanna know what else they have that is great? The CUSTOMER SERVICE. In my opinion, customer service is a BIG DEAL (and Im sure it is for others too) because I dont care if I was going to eat at a michelin star restaurant, if the customer service is horrible, Im walking out, never to return. The Art of Salad gets five stars from me because I am always pleased walking in and out of the restaurant. There is a guy there named MICHAEL who puts his heart and soul into making the food. I ordered a teriyaki salmon wrap and I ended up having to call the restaurant to commend him because it was made perfectly. Just because you have the recipe doesnt mean you can execute it well. But Michael... hit it out of the park (metaphorically speaking). Not to mention he had great customer service etiquettes. Thanks Michael S. Keep up the good work Art of Salad.

With our local SaladWorks out of commission for a temporary renovation, it was time to cast the net a little further in search of crunchy, fresh goodness - and, glad we did! This tidy location offers an unsurprising collection of foods (bowls, wraps) and toppings. Everything was nice and fresh. The stuff that is supposed to be crispy, was crispy, and the stuff thats supposed to be crunchy, was crunchy - and not vice versa! If you like your salads to be chopped, youre in luck ... they get really medieval with a stainless steel bowl and a handheld guillotine device - violent yet yummy! Everything was topped off with a huge selection of dressings . It will take more than a few trips to sort out which are the best. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming - a nice surprise! Bring on the fresh ... Its good!

This place is absolutely delicious. I have been there several times and the owner has been present every single time. He engages his customers, and is firm yet gentle when speaking to his staff. The salads are extemely fresh and are very big. I am 65 240 and its usually 2 meals for me. The only downside here is parking. Its in a mini-mall with a shop-rite and it can be really tough finding decent parking between 12-1 and 5-6. Once I drove there, couldnt find a spot for like 5 minutes and left. Its also a tad pricey, usually a salad and a drink will cost you around $10.50. All in all I highly recommend this place to any salad lover, even if you only go once a week because of the price.

I have to agree with majority of reviews: Service IS definitley great. Been coming for a few years last. Service always consistent. Store is clean. And everything tastes great all the time . Lately however, the lettuce us coming to me brown and a day or two away from rotten. Not the whole salad, just the tops of the romaine leaves or leaf lettuce they use. Maybe not trimming enough. Kind of a dissappintment when i have to pick out black rotten romaine lettuce before i can eat...... Otherwise, place is great Regs

This place used to be better but not so good now. I was told delivery will be in 45 minutes but waited for over an hour, then I was told there was a big catering order so the wait will be another half hour or more. OK no biggie I picked it up. Found old lettuce and overall unappealing salad, picture attached not sure if you can see how dead the grass looks. Shakes were just meh, really watered down or something I couldnt tell. Second time I got a subpar salad hence the review.

I saw this on a whim when my boyfriend and I was at Best Buy. I couldnt wait to go in. We went in on busy Sunday afternoon. The young lady was super sweet! The smoothie was absolutely delicious and so was the salad. Only issue is they were so busy servicing customers some people were waiting quite the bit to check out. But it was fast enough and all staff was pleasant and helpful. I will be returning.

Best salads around!!!!!! Unlike salad works you actually get a large portion of salad and its not overpriced. The ingredients are always fresh! My entire job is obsesed with it and we always get it delivered! The owner is always in there and invovled talking to customers...when it starts to get really busy he is willling to start making some salads also! The employees there are always so friendly!

Be prepared to wait for delivery... ordered salads at 1130am and was told 1 hour deliver time and after 1hr I called back was given an attitude about my delivery. So I waited until 1245pm and called back and I wasnt so nice. Horrible delivery experience with art of salad. Good salads but DO NOT Do Delivery unless you can wait at least 2hrs.

This is my new favorite salad place. The staff was super friendly and nice! Thats so hard to find in the area. The lettuce to topping ratio is the best. Other places overwhelm the salad with toppings, which can make it unhealthy, but here they have the right portions. They have vegan friendly smoothies! I cant wait to try their juices.

Overall a good place to eat, although it varies on who you get as a salad maker. Unfortunately im am not rude enough to decline someone making my salad because some are better then others. I would recommend eating here and hopefully you get someone who makes the salad with good portions and fresh lettuce.

I love salad, healthy food, and good service - so this place was like heaven for me. I was sort of passing through the area and stopped in for dinner - created my own salad, had it in a whole wheat wrap - it was huge and definitely did not disappoint! I want to go back! Wish I lived closer :/

Excellent place for a quick, tasty lunch or a delicious dinner. The salad soup combo makes a great meal anytime of day. Their fresh fruit and vegetable drinks are delicious. Great selection of salad combinations or just make your own.

My girlfriend and I love this place! The food is amazing, great portions and great prices. The atmosphere is really enjoyable with some real friendly employees. Talked to one of the managers once who was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Food is good, not welcoming. I would hope to be greeted if I am standing by front register. Also the first time I was the there, I ask how the ordering worked and it wasnt explained to me. They just told me to look at the menu

This place is awesome. Great fresh salad options. People that work there are very nice and very clean. I get a "small" salad with chicken and kale chips $8.80 with tax. Great deal. The small is more like medium.

Lobster bisque had 0 lobster in it very unsatisfied with the production picture show a lot of lobster when in reality theres nothing in it basically stole my money would not recommend this soup.
