I remember this place used to be absolutely terrific, food was always delicious, awesome service, price was so fair, and clean environment. Now since they are expanding, its the complete opposite. Prices are high, they give less food and Taste bad, service is...lets just say Id rather get served by a zombie. I dislike and lose all respect for places that raise prices for no reason and give less food all while service is horrid. I dont recommend this place anymore, Id rather drive an hour away to eat real Japanese teriyaki then this crap hole. Also get employees that actually speak English and understand what "teriyaki " is. If I can give 0 starts, I would so lovingly will. ✌️

Teri Teri is one of my top five favorite restaurants. Quite frankly I am very disappointed in this location (West New York). I called to make an order for delivery and I spoke with "Nedisma" ? When she asked me for the address I told her its on 46st by funeral home on Kennedy Blvd . She really told me "we cant deliver there, too much traffic." Her words. And when she asked the driver working on September 27, 12:15pm I heard the driver in the background "i dont want to drive down there. Nedisma gave me northbergen phone number to order from there. I am really shocked I have never Received this type of service before. i will never eat at this location again.

This place went from being one of the best reataurants around the area to one of the wost... Employees are very rude and when asked question they pretty much give you an attitude. If you want extra sauce they charge you extra and you would expect to at least get more then ONE sauce. The guy working the register is thr WORST cashier ive ever encounter in my life. I give it a 1 star because i like their food, other then that this place has just gone down hill.

Two times this week Ive showed up at 11:00am (opening time stated on Google) and was waved goodby by the lightskin woman working the counter as if they were closed. I then proceeded to call the restaurant and no one answered even though I was staring at the worker through the window. At the very least, come out and tell us you arent open.

On a friday this jersey city heights location was empty. No wonder. 1st time getting a lobster roll to go. 5 pcs $7. It looked prepackaged. The taste, as if it were prepackaged. No creativity or freshness, especially the rice. I dont usually like giving negative reviews, however its raw food and this eatery needs work

not bad for practically the only sushi place in north bergen west new york area. unfortunately i think the prices are too much and they lack with their sushi. the counter ladies arent very nice either. and how do you not have spicy mayo? id rather go to a place where there are actual japanese people making the sushi.

I would have never thought this spot would have lasted this long on Bergenline avenue, in such a densely populated spanish area. But this goes to show that the service is good, the food is great. If your in the area I would say go check it out, give the spanish food a rest for awhile :O) wase

Amazing place...its clean and confy. Customer service its great, they have friendly staff and very helpful. Its was my first time and they help me out with what to choose. Its was cold so i ordered Spycy Ramen. I love it...i will come back absolutely.

Not the most authentic japanese food because it is teriyaki fusion. You cannot go wrong with a teriyaki bowl or plate. All meats are good and the sandwiches are nice too. Probably go here one a month.

The sushi just tastes fake and processed. Definitely not ideal for someone whos a true fanatic of Japanese cusine. The babo tea is very good. Maybe they should change their name to Babo Babo.

It is the best Japanese restaurant. Workers are so kind. Foods are delicious. Even the restaurant 1 hour away from my home, I always go to there every weekend. U will love it.
