I just got screamed at by the lady who answers the phone at Ginza. I called an hour ago to place an order. I know they have an $18.00 minimum on delivery so I asked if they could deliver my order as I had no idea of how much money I spent, she said yes. After an hour I called to find out what was taking so long and I was told in an angry and aggressive voice that there was no record of my order or address. She accused me of calling the wrong number which is impossible since I have there number programmed in my phone and I call in orders often and have been for years. I repeated my address 6 times before she got it right. She than starts yelling at me that she told me to pickup the order and about the $18.00 minimum on deliveries. This is common place when calling this Ginza, there is a language barrier and you need a lot of patience to communicate with her. I would never call there but I deal with it because my daughter likes there sushi. Im going to take a Tylenol for the stress headache she gave me, and hope that when I get the food the soup is hot.

I am really disappointed with this restaurant. We went for the all you can eat sushi. We were set down and had to get up and get our own menus. We ordered 2 types of sushi. The avocado was not ripe and very hard so we left it on the plate. The waitress came to pick up the plates and said that we had to eat everything. I showed her how hard the avocados were and she said the next order would not have avocados. We waited 30 minutes and the order didnt come out. I asked for the check and while I was paying the order showed up. The waitress quickly took it back to the kitchen and said I know we took a long time. The sushi was very bland and not worth $21.95 a person.

My first time there with my brother and sister with there kids. I really enjoyed the shushi we order and one order was wrong when they bought it to us and when we told them. They immediately put it in for the right order and were so apologetic but other than that everything was nice and clean and everyone was really nice there. The best thing was to their hours are great a few other sushi places that you go to are not open theres like a three-hour Gap where a lot of them are not open and this sushi place was open all day long so five stars for them. We would go there again

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing deal. 22$ for all you can eat sushi. As far as the owners charging the other reviewers for "a little bit of rice" cmon guy, we all know you just picked the fish out of it and left the rice. That expensive, and its already an amazing deal as is. Ive eaten 100$ worth of sushi by myself on numerous occasions and no one has said a thing. It clearly says on the menu "anything not eaten will be charged full price" Regardless to say, the place is amazing

My favorite sushi restaurant! I have been eating at this restaurant for at least 6 years. I go at least once per week. Their sushi is incredibly fresh and high quality -- definitely some of the best sushi in the tri-state area! Their all-you-can-eat special is an amazing deal. Everything is reasonably priced. The hibachi is delicious too! The owner and staff are very friendly. Make sure to make a reservation if youre going during dinner time as it gets very busy!

The special rolls are definitely good and tasted pretty fresh. The standard rolls (spicy tuna, Philadelphia roll) tasted like they had been sitting out for a bit. I was happy that they gave us enough soy sauce and ginger dressing for my side salad. Would go back again out of convenience but wouldnt order any of the regular rolls.

Best sushi in the area by a longshot. This is the only sushi place Ive ever been to where I havent had a single bad thing to say... ingredients are fresh 100% of the time. Great vegetarian selection as well, and the chefs have always been more than happy to accommodate menu items for vegetarians.

Very very pour service! I called to make a reservation for hibachi. They kept me on hold for 20mins while there talking to other people! Very inconsiderate! And then when i tried to call back the line was busy for an hour! Its a shame because there food was good, but i will never go back there!
