If giving this place a -1 star was possible... Ive never had a problem among the 10+ times Ive eaten at this restaurant, until today. Once the bill had been given to me, I went up to the counter to pay it. The woman who had given me back my change didnt give me the full amount, she forgot $X. So I went back and told the woman that she didnt give me my full change. Instantly, she flips out on me. She lashes out by saying, "Im going to check the cameras!" And I said, "Okay, go ahead." I waited at that counter for 10 minutes before another woman had given me my change back. She apologizes and says that she knows I hadnt done anything wrong. The OTHER woman, the one who had given me my unfulfilled change, did not even utter a single apology but rather, a nasty glare. I am never coming back here again. And assuming that the first woman was a manager (she wasnt wearing a waiters uniform); she shouldve known better. If she had handled the situation better, I wouldnt be giving them a single star. The food is alright, you get what you pay for. Im taking my hard-earned money somewhere else.

Amazing experience! First time going to this sushi restaurant and they definitely made it worth wild. All of the food was fresh and tasted great. Being a waiter at one point in my life for 8 years i am very critical of service and how quickly food is served and I must say this may be one of the best experiences i have had at a sushi restaurant. Everything came out super fast and the wait staff were very tentative. Definitely will be back soon.

Great food but the manager is very nasty, the waitress messed up my order and the manager came to my table pointing her fingers in my face telling me next time order it correctly and she said You come here all the time and always order correctly why did you mess it up this time? It was the waitress that messed it up but regardless you dont speak to a customer like that, it was very rude it could have been said more appropriately

I purchased a few times from this place until I had a bad experience with the to-go order. I got home and realized that part of my orders were missing, so I called them immediately regarding the problem. However, they didnt even apologize and insisted all the orders were packed in the bags. I went back to the restaurant and showed them what I received...still did not apologize. Never go back again...

Bar none, the most impressive sushi Ive had on Staten Island. Very courteous staff and management. Like I said KIKUs food quality is absolutely amazing! Also from my personal prior experiences, dont be fooled by other sushi restaurants that will sell at a "cheaper price", their quality isnt as impressive as KIKUs. I would recommend KIKU to anyone who wants more "bang for your buck" hands down.

My all time favorite spot to order from & go in to eat for sushi on Staten Island. Not sure how they did but they also just lowered their prices while adding new items to the menu. Good stuff Kiku, keep up the high quality food and youll keep me as a weekly customer.

Ive been ordering take out from here for quite a while. At least once a month. The beef fried rice is really great and one of my faves. Sushi is great, i have never had anything but a good order and ive ordered at least 20x. Comes super fast too.

One of the best sushi spots on the island, really decent prices for the sushi you get, I will definitely recommend the special rolls, everything is fresh and well put together as presentation.

We go to this place from the day they open. I have never try something like this. Just go there and order any special roll. Its not just food its kind of art. We love this place. 10 stars!

Enjoyed our visit here. Had the broiled cod dish for dinner, and the spring rolls and rolled beef for appetizers. Enjoyable! Ended up being too full for dessert, but maybe next time!

Decent sushi and a great Monday-Thursday promotion of buy 2 special rolls, get the third free. And their special roll menu is rather extensive. I would recommend checking it out.

I love this place, I have been to many sushi Places in Staten Island but this place never seems to let me down..it always tastes yummy and fresh. The sex in Kiku roll is amazing.

My husband and I go here once in a while and every time we go, the sushi is amazing. We love the free appetizer that they give you at the beginning of your meal - delicious!!!

The food is usually good here, but I ordered one night for delivery and my daughter and I were up all night with pains in our stomach. Would no longer recommend this place.
