The restaurant is dirty. Toms River Board Of Heath where are youuuuu!!! Manager in charge is not delegating job responsibilities well, because honestly there was enough staff there at this time. The staff were on their phones with personal calls behind the counter. The stainless steel at the Beverage Station was filthy!!! The glass on the Food Station was splattered with IDK what !!! Dishes piled onto the waste containers and unsightly . The place was not busy , so for this reason the place should be pristine !!!

First time there & last time.... Place is very dirty & disgusting (didnt notice to much until we sat down & started eating & looking around)... Upon ordering the woman dried my plate to be on her dirty apron & my friend called her out so she took another plate & dried it with a towel (that was probably dirty also). The place was not busy at 3 pm & there was plates & trays piling up by the garbage & there was plenty of staff on hand just standing around. Poor management for sure.....

I ordered a rib dinner and a turkey dinner. Went to the window to pay and the guy asked if I could wait 12 minutes while they cook the ribs. I said no and that I would have two turkey dinners. He came back about 3 minutes later and said the ribs will be ready in about 3 minutes do I want them now. I said no I will just have two turkey dinners. He proceeded to tell me the turkey wasnt ready either. He knew this the whole time and said nothing. I just pulled away.

Place was empty, on a Monday at 4:15pm, 2 customers eating and no one at counter. Polite employees, very dirty place... Tables dirty, drink corner gross, garbage deck gross, bathroom out of towels and ehh on cleanliness, minute maid machine down, no pit pies ready, food was comparable to other BM. This store is on rt 37 and should be premium quality. Needs improvement!!! Clean up!!

The soup tastes like it came out of a can, the service is bad. Employees gossiping talking to loved ones on the phone, got my chicken ceasar salad wrong. Forgot the chicken and accused me if ordering just plain. Added the chicken on a tiny saad bowl- impossible to eat without it falling out onto the tray, never coming back!

Very nice decent restaurant for a family Lunch or dinner before hitting Seaside heights....Chicken is juicy and have lot of healthy eating options from salads to boiled vegetables to select...even Kids meal too....Staff is really courteous and helpful...

The food is always good but the service is lacking. It seems like every time Im there the staff is either arguing with each other or unsure of what their job is. We usually wind up waiting a long time to get our computer order.

Go here enough and sometimes Im agitated with some of the employees lack of awareness but other times like tonight the two young gentlemen in the front were extremely helpful and just made our night. Thanks guys.

Came one time they were out of chicken and the place was dirty. Today I took another chance and the place is runned by a bunch of kids who do not care about the cleanliness. This is my last visit.

I love this place!! The service is so fast and the eployees appear to like their job. The food rocks and is always fresh. I wish they had chicken ff the bone though.
