I will never attempt to go here again. Every time in the last 10 years I have gotten or tried to get ice cream here Ive been totally let down. Its ice cream not brain surgery - confronted the owner about his rude server and the fact she made my order wrong after back and forth he agreed to remake it but it would have to wait until the line ( which was almost out to Delsea drive ) died down! Really??? THAT is good customer service?? I work in a service business too and if I spoke to anyone the way that little snotty girl spoke to me Id be fired! I get that it is a hot summer night but that is no reason to forgo good customer service. From now on my family and I will drive the 10--15 minutes it takes to get to Flippers in Millville - at least there they are always polite and pleasant!

Great prices and the options are never ending and out of this world! Flavor bursts are great! But I always end up getting the same thing over and over again...a chocolate peanut butter banana milkshake. Theyre one of the only ones around here that use real peanut butter and real bananas anymore. Every one else uses "flavor" or "syrup" its gross. Lol thank you veronas, for staying old school with new flavors and original!

Really overrated ice cream. There are better places, even in Vineland now, to bother with the lines here. None of their flavors are right - not flavorful and they always have some other taste in there, like an aftertaste. The texture isnt right either, like cheap ice cream at a chain.

My snickers blizzard was stale. When I tried to exchange it the employee didnt want to hear it. She pointed to the trash can where I just tossed it. Never again. My family will just drive somewhere else.

I wish they would balance/distribute better the ratio of ice cream to toppings and have better signs that clearly indicate what you are getting. The service could be better, friendlier and helpful.
