Soo I love this place usually but tonight I have to say I have never been so disappointed. I was so excited to bring my sister in law there tonight.. But after tonight I dont think I will even go back.. Very annoyed the young kids working tonight messed up my husbands order.. He wanted a sugar cone with cholate ice cream hard.. And I received twist.. I asked if I could change it to hard chocolate they said they cant, they could only change it to soft serve.. But due to the price difference they cant change it.. I said thats fine I will pay the difference.. She said she cant cus there isnt a "button" for that... Lol really I guess she cant count... She said its in the register already and cant.... Her only way for my husband to get hard choc is to buy another ice cream at full price.. Im seriously in shock never have I heard anything like this... We bought it cus thats what he wanted.. But trust me I will not be returning... The worst costumer service.. For someone elses mistake.. So disappointed.. I loved this place normally :(

It is a great time every time we go, love cabanas, staff is always pleasant, awesome ice cream and water ice, alot of fun things to choose from. We have wonderful family memories and continue to make memories at Cabanas.
