Visited June 31, 2013. The cashier had trouble swiping my credit card, but finally got it. When I got home from vacation the next day, I checked my credit card statement which is how I found out about the double bill. I know it wasnt intentional but here is what angers me. The Manager seemed very regretful and wanted to make it right. She claimed that their system doesnt allow for credits. She said she spoke to the owner and that they would mail me a check. two weeks later and my 3rd call to Manager she said "it was mailed late last week". It never arrived. Shame on the owner.

Switched brands of fudge, was a favorite topping . Asked a store manager about it, they made a little fuss about it to the current employee of that day about why they were serving an off brand but never followed up with me about it. I stood there waiting for an answer whether I should try again later or not. After about 4 attempts with no change to the fudge I gave up going. The place is clean, children friendly music.
