Excellent ice creams with great creamy flavors right by the beach in the center of Cape Mays fun activities. Their choices are usually loaded with swirls and fillings that make their ingredients better than others in the area. Although this place is a little pricey, their servers are friendly and happy to let you taste their samples. Definitely a good stop for taking your cones or cups for a nice beach or house gazing walk.

Love Bassetts Ice Cream, and the guys who serve it! We had fantastic, friendly service - they offered us samples in order to help us pick our flavors, and were quite patient when I had trouble deciding what I wanted. Their hand dipped cones looked fantastic - I cant wait to try one on our next visit! Thanks David and Dustin, for adding this charming and incredibly well done ice cream shop to the Cape May beach!

Stopped in on a rainy day and was pleasantly surprised. The shop was very cute and gave great beachside vendor vibes, David was very sweet and we had a lovely time chatting with him, and the ice cream knocked our socks off. Mint chip was a winner.

Such a helpful staff. Our granddaughter has a peanut allergy and the owner and staff went well beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable and safe with her ice cream choice. Would visit again and again! The flavors were amazing!

Quality Ice Cream, Interesting Flavors, and a Nice staff. Grab what catches your eyes, and head over to the beach. Cant complain, but price tag might have be tiny bit higher - though it was worth every penny.

Delicious and inventive sundaes and treats. Pine nuts on ice cream? Delicious! Free tastes of the various flavors with some baked treats as well. Highly recommended!

Inconsistent hours that are word-of-mouth and nothing posted on the door stating their hours. Good ice cream, poor business ethics. Never visiting again.
