I have been giving them several chances in improving their behavior, especially the lady at the counter... but unfortunately she hasnt yet got any restaurant experience.. Its always not about the food or taste.. its about the hospitality towards your customer. I ordered 3 biryanis to go and I asked for a extra cup of raita, for that she tells me its very expensive for them and other people charge 1$ for it.. ridiculous.. Such scenarios has happened atleast 4-5 times.. so imagine how many times I have kept quite to write this review.. There are couple of good guys at the restaurant especially the bald head guy who seems to be the owner, he knows what he is doing.. if you are reading this, please be yourself at the counter or keep a smiling face at the counter before its too late.. I love your food, and would love to come again, but its no longer about the food..sorry for you..

Vennela is a great place to eat South Indian food that reminds you of home and India. The food is so amazing and matches your spice levels as well. The setting is calming and there is always some nice music playing. The service is fantastic. The lunch buffet has a large variety and so many sweets and curries to choose from. Dinner is also awesome and also has a large and tasty variety. Definitely one of my favorite Indian restaurants to eat at!

Best south India food I ever had. Like the chicken biryani, Kadai chicken is a must and the goat curry was awesome. Been here first time, food and service was awesome...very attentive staff. Waiting to taste their weekend buffet soon. I went there 10 mins before their closing time and I was still allowed to dine in, not many people let u dine in when its almost closing time. Like the interior too.

This is undoubtedly the best South Indian place in town. Its nice and clean with good ambience and their maysore masala dosa is one of best dosas that we have ever had. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. The cherry on top is that they have some really nice non-vegetarian delicacies as well. All under one roof, what more can you ask for!

8/27/2017... Been here for the 1st time after seeing the stars in google came here. But not sure how they got these stars. The food at lunch buffet was cooked probably the previous day. None of the items were tasting good and will never come back here. I dont recommend this restaurant for their poor quality of food

Worst experience, I ordered for take out of goat biryani , it was like fried rice kept in heated mutton pieces not mutton biryani, Really worst experience i had, I have given a complaint to the FDA authoristies how they are making the food by using low class quality materials and Improperly cooked food

Excellent food, great decor and superior customer service! We tried the lunch buffet and were pleased with the selection. All the items were freshly prepared and were very delicious -- would highly recommend their chilli chicken, chicken kebab, biryani, tikka masala, and gajar halwa.

Excellent food and excellent service. The flavors were amazing and portions were generous. Great Indian food at reasonable prices. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Parking out back. The staff and management are more than welcoming. Highly recommended!

Best Indian food, non veg and veg both have amazing taste! The service here is great and there are many options on the menu including in their authentic lunch buffet. All in all you should definitely come to Vennela if you are craving homely South Indian food!

Yesterday I went for lunch buffet..all items were excellent at very reasonable price. Very authentic Andhra food and it was very much needed for Indian food lover in this area..worth spending money. Very clean facility and friendly staff

We tried the dosas, ghee idly karapodi and pulav. The pulav was flavored so well and freshly prepared, tasted awesome! The dosas are the best, with different flavorful dipping sauces. Really enjoyed the dining experience and food!
