Went for a Saturday lunch buffet with my spouse. Called beforehand to know how long their buffet is open and how long they fill up the plates. They were open till 2:30pm and when we reached at 2:00pm, their buffet table was close to empty. They asked us which dishes we would like to eat and selectively filled in those. To our surprise, four parties of two to four people each came for the buffet after us and had to be content with the leftovers. That is just a ridiculous way of doing business. The food was ok, nothing great. The gulab jamuns were hard in the center meaning that they have fried them over a high heat to get them cooked quickly. I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody and will not visit again.

My father and I stopped in while travelling towards the South- very close to the highway and easy to find. The owner was incredibly friendly and told us once "when you eat, I am happy." The only complaint we had was that the Chai didnt have much spice, but the lunch buffet had a great selection and the sagg and korma were quite good, and with fresh naan that they brought out for us, the experience was complete. Baadshah is reasonably priced as well. We recommend the restaurant to any traveller in the area or anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine.

We ordered off the menu because I have never been impressed with any indian buffet. The food was pretty good, exactly what I like for indian food. We ordered medium spice level, which was perfect; just a tad spicy where you could still taste all of the other yummy flavors. The service was attentive and pleasant, they even turned up the temperature in the restaurant because of our baby (they did this with out asking). I personally liked the atmosphere, it was very casual and I didnt feel awkward bringing my very well behaved baby.

this place is awful, owner is same as waitress, very rude owner, cheap and when asked if we can have more bread his answer was you have to finish lat piece before you can have more, food was tasteless to say the least, mediocre lunch buffet with very limited choices and quantities, $ 10.95 for lunch buffet turned to $ 13.47 at register and when we asked why, his answer was because there are 3 of you and he added 15% for service, we said for what his answer was for the tab water he served us, DON NOT GO THERE IT WAS A RIP OFF

I was meeting a friend and went here for dinner based on reviews. The taste was decent but i guess we were towards the end of the evening and food wasnt really warm enough and looked kind of depleted. The ambiance was good and staff very courteous and friendly. I may have to order the fresh food at the table next time to be able to truly evaluate the taste. They will have you sign the bill on a tablet...tech savvy that way. Will look forward to ordering some core dishes here to get the real taste.

We came to this restaurant not knowing what to expect based on some of the reviews. My husband and I love indian food and have had in many different places. The food here is awesome, there was a nice selection available in the buffet and even more appetizing dishes on the menu. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The food was terrible. The worst daal makkhani I ever ate in my life. The chefs seemed to be worse than first time cooks. The kitchen staff never bothered to inform the waiter or the guests before shutting down the tandoor. The worst of all, the next day I had a stomach upset. I wish I could give them half a star.

Awesome food, awesome service! Its not the fanciest place in the world, but the place is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly, and did I mention the food is wonderful? My wife and I went to a fancy, well reviewed Indian restaurant in Manhattan, and the food wasnt anywhere NEAR as good as Baadsha.

Just ate an hour before , throwing up now . Palak paneer was stale, none of the food taste good. The dishes for rice were empty, plates were dirty. The cashier who is also a waiter was nice and friendly. But he was touching food and money at the same time. They dont give enough napkins and many more.

This was my worst indian food experience ever. The veggies were watery and bland. The chicken and lamb were oily. I ate at the buffet. I left empty stomach as I just couldnt like anything there. FYI I am an Indian foodie. This was at the best, food from an Indian housewife having a bad day

Stumbled upon this gem of an Indian restaurant while traveling through the jersey area. We are picky about the quality and taste of Indian food, and were blown away by the distinct taste and variety. Service was great. Restaurant very clean. Highly recommend

Really good Indian (Punjabi) food. Ive never been disappointed yet by their food. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly. The little tweaks they recommend to what we order, seem to hit the spot every time. Definitely recommended..

The buffet is amazing! If you are staying at the embassy, dont waste your time with overpriced hotel food. Go right across the street to this wonderful Indian buffet! The food was seasoned perfectly! Would come again in a heart beat!

Nothing out of the ordinary! Tried the lunch buffet, below average I have to say! Only thing that was good was the Naan! Dont know how good they are at dinner! With many other alternatives around, will not go back!

Quite good for lunch, although flavors lacked depth I was expecting from Punjabi style cooking. Probably "toned down" to suit local clientele, all of whom raved about the buffet.

If you want authentic north Indian food, you will be disappointed. If you are in the mood to try something different - easy on the stomach, give it a try.
