Horrible place and Coustomer service! Tried to explain to the lady on the phone that we got 2 lo mein both without the noodles ! And she completely refused to listen to us ! We have ordered from multiple places , never had this terrible experience! Ever! Waste of money! Put it on the menu that lo mein doesnt come with the noodles!!! For better understanding! Or just do us a favor and google "lo mein"!

My roommate & I ordered veg fried rice with chicken wings recently. Rice was okay, but the wings were so disgusting & awful taste & hard. The hardest & nastiest Chinese chicken wings I have ever eaten. Dont know for how many days they couldnt sell those wings and finally sold to us and made us sick. Wish I could give no star, but google didnt leave that option for us. Please be careful when you order.

An "average" Chinese (American-Chinese) restaurant, it will survive not on the exceptionalism of the food, but on being clean, neat, fast, reasonably friendly, and inexpensive. Given that there are some exceptionally excellent (and authentic) Chinese restaurants within easy driving distance, Cozyroom is merely "average", but convenient. Sometimes ... that isnt a bad thing!

I had food delivered to my job, and it was delivered right on time. However, exceptional delivery time cannot make up for how soggy the General Tsos chicken was. On top of that, the chicken was barely flavorful. This was my first meal of the day - so I was starving - and I couldnt even bare to finish it.

Food was not as good as the reviews made it seem. I got the Shrimp and Broccoli or rather Broccoli with Broccoli. And the shrimp seems breaded...no Bueno. And the General Tos was too soggy for comfort. 1st time and I dont think I will be ordering it again

Worst place I ordered food from their they tried to tell me my 20 dollar bill was fake I wouldnt recommend this place at all stay away from there.The health dept.should be called on them and there will be a report with the better business bureau
