Full disclosure: wwp resident for 20+ years. Have tried all the Chinese spots old and new. Food: Average/ good Service: Utterly horrendous. On a Wed night, my family and I (5 of us) entered the restaurant 20 min before closing. We asked if they were still serving and would we be able to eat after they "closed"; we were told yes. Once seated, the service suddenly tanked. I understand that the restaurant was closing but it was our understanding that if you are willing to seat customers, then dont run them ten minutes into their meal. I asked for water with out ice for my motherinlaw and they were reluctant to do even that. Then finally when the bill came I thought no tip should be given as they were literally tossing food on the table, speaking rudely, and would not bring out basic requests like soy sauce, fried noodle chips, etc. We paid in full and the owner came out asking why we did not tip (we usually go between 15 and 20%). In all my years I have never had anyone have the audacity to ask me for a tip. We kindly explained that the service was lacking and though it was past closing, we were still seated and served. The manager/ owner threatened to tack on 18%. At that point we were appalled how any owner/ manager could even say that let alone ask why his workers were not tipped to his liking. In the future we hope this establishment straightens up its act otherwise other wwp citizens will flock to the other wonderful Chinese restaurants in the area (Little Schezuan, Elements of Asia, etc.) I hope no one deals with this rude behavior at this establishment in the future.

My father took me here after declaring he was hungry for chinese, and I was wondering why we were traveling more than 15 minutes from the house for take out. I was wrong to question him. We sat at a comfortable booth, the waitress was quick with water and hot tea, I barely got to look at the menu before my dad was ready to order. He choose the Lo-Mein, I got the pork and long bean, we talked politics for less then 10 minutes before the food came to the table. I sweated from the good, even spice, the delicious seared pork, the sticky rice, devoured the ample portion with some left over for a to go box. For 11 bucks it was a good dish with friendly servers, well worth a return trip.

This is good standard Chinese food done right. I have liked everything I have ordered from the menu, and I have dined there more than a dozen times. Their wonton/egg drop soup is so good that I want to bring some home every time I visit. Try the Chow Fun, the Chicken With Cashews, or thw General Tso Chicken. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is good for dinner with kids, or a night out with my wife. Also a good value. I can easily recommend this as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Central New Jersey area.

If... being ignored when you order, soda that comes to your table in a can, sticky seats, half cooked chicken, and being charged extra for the crispy noodles to go with you hot and sour soup is your game... then not only are you a cuisine-tard but this is the place for you ! food - 3.5 intelligence of staff - 1 ability to get anything right - 0 overall rating... it wont let me have no stars or negative stars why bother being dissapointed

A couple of weeks ago we went to check this place out and were pleasantly surprised. I drove by many times before and did not even know/expect that it was there. The food was consistently great ( we ordered a couple of times since ), and their staff was nice and quick. The place is warm, space quite large and tables nice and clean, the also offer delivery service. We will definitely be coming back.

Good fresh Chinese food. Nothing spectacular but has the usual take out fare and is pretty consistent in quality. Occasionally things are excessively salty. We get take out about twice a month from here and have been going here about eight years. There is a separate menu if you read Chinese that has more authentic food.

Good neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Food is reasonably tasty, the interior decor and ambience is good. The place is large and airy, and the service is quick, whether you head in for lunch or for take out. They also deliver locally.

Not cheap, but super reasonable considering the high quality. Very consistantly good. Even the fried noodles and duck sauce they give you at the tables are awesome. Nice place, clean, etc too. Wait staff is always responsive.
