Ok, so I must have missed the "whites only" sign hanging outside when I entered this pizza shop, but I quickly received the message. Two people in line, a white woman and her two children and then me (person of color) with my daughter. We both just came from dance class with our girls and separately decided to have pizza. This woman was helped with no problem and the woman taking her order left the counter. I didnt think anything of it because maybe she was preparing the order. So I stood there for about 5 minutes, neither the waitress, or the gentleman behind the counter the whole time came over to help me. About 5 more minutes passed and a white gentleman walked in. He stood in line behind me for about 2 minutes and the gentleman behind the counter says, "can I help you sir". He proceeds to give the man his order, looked over at me smiled and walked off. WOW! I felt like I was sent back in time about a million years. So what do I tell my 4yr old daughter that is now wondering how come we dont have pizza yet? I looked in her eyes and said, "some people in the world are just rude, lets go to pizza hut. The pizza is better." So needles to say my experience at Scottos pizza was not very pleasant. I stood in line for 10 minutes, watched others receive service, just to feel completely disrespected. Well I will take Pizza Hut and my black president over Scottos pizza any day. The only difference between you and me is ignorance. Youre ignorant and Im not. How unfortunate for you. The disappointed customer

Wings are great, spicy with a tad sweet. Pizza is good also. By the reviews they mustve changed hands or fired some idiot. I havent had a bad experience. I also know that one minimum wage employee doesnt represent the future or potential of a company. People should be more considerate before reviewing. Especially in a culture run off of reviews. Also, I can guarantee no one tried to get the problem rectified but went straight to complaining and trying to ruin a company where other people work. Lazy and shameful. More shameful than the terrible service they supposedly got if you ask me.

So me and my wife ordered gave our call back number. She got it. Less then 20 mins later we get a text saying are you married? And texts saying you are beautifull. Needless to say. Some one thought the callback number was my wifes.. some one has some explaining to do. Because i am the furthest from beautifull and he was adamant that the phone he texted was the right number.. i wonder how that happens... employees are stealing private info. Not a trustworthy place to be

I order from here and the food wasnt made with love... I order a sandwich with fries asking if they also had a side salad... He told me yes... When the order came it was just a salad and I called back and the lady was nice and she also told me I was gonna get fries when the driver came back.... Never got a phone call back or my fries.... Never again were new to the area and we just wanted to try new things and this right here didnt make my family happy

Im sure the staff are nice, and generally the food is good, but I recently ordered delivery, and the steak sandwich had chopped cartilage in it. Not just one or two pieces, probably a half dozen penny size pieces of beef cartilage. Same texture as a plastic frisbee. Overall, generally speaking, the pizza is decent. Best pizza is in the northern suburbs (half hour - 45 minutes) of Philadelphia if you ask me. Palermos Pizza in Lansdale is THE best!

So i ordered two pizzas and a scottos sampler at 5:43 pm on 10/2/15 after a hour went by i called and they said they will send someone in a few minutes and after twenty minutes later they showed up so we didnt get are food untill 7:10 and whats worse they are not even a minute drive from my house and it was barley warm and kinda of crappy so thank you scottos i also tore the menu up so i dont order from them again by mistake.

I love the food here! I have been ordering here for awhile now and when I first started going here I was in the process of moving which meant a lot of take out. Everytime they delivered my food was surprised how the quality was like I had got it from a high end restaurant. Needless to say I pleasantly surprised. Cant go wrong ordering here whether you feel like pizza or chicken marsala for an example. Its all good!

Horrible service. First time I ordered a cheese stk hoagie with fried onions. Got the onions but no lettuce and tomato. Second time I ordered the same thing. Now I got lettuce and tomato but no fried onions. Its not rocket science. Also the order took 1 hour and 35 minutes to get here. I live less than 10mins down the street. Never again.

These people are terrible, The guy on the phone has an attitude taking my order and than when I arrived at the location they made me pay for an order that was not even right! this is the last time I will order anything from them. WORST SERVICE AND ORDER ACCURACY EVER!

wonderful place. Great pizza.. Had a good meal with my family there.. And I even saw blacks there and they were being treated nice. Maybe this guy here is just in ignorant tool and expect special service because they are black..??

Great atmosphere, staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. I spent a half hour eating and speaking with one of the managers (i believe), he made me feel confortable and made my first time here a memerable one.

Its ok, Ive had much better pizza, but the prices are fine, and they have a decent variety. Would probably not go there for a actual meal, the atmosphere is generic pizzaria.

ok pizza the sauce is runny and very bitter. Stay away from anything with the sauce. Sandwiches are good but again sauce is runny and bitter. Wont go there much.
