This is real authentic Mexican cooking! We were so excited to fins this place. Its only been open a few months, and the vibe inside is quaint and family-style. Its like your a guest in someones home :-) the margaritas are great, the guacamole is very fresh, you can tell that the beans were made from scratch, etc. Weve been going weekly and have almost tried everything on the menu. The owner is an amazing person. He actually visits each table to introduce himself and to see how your experience is going. His daughters are waitresses and his wife cooks. The outdoor seating is lovely. I love supporting a family business like this. It might be a little hard to find in the beginning but its part of the restaurant village and looks like a tan house. They also now have a large party room for private parties. Try it out, you wont be disappointed. Im wishing them much success.

I have eaten here a quite a few times over the past 2 months. It is without the best part of Restaurant Village and I have eaten at all of the restaurants. The first thing that sets this place apart from the others is that the staff is friendly and super attentive. The food is fresh and prepared with care. There are some really unique recipes at La Rienda. And besides being delicious the best thing about La Rienda is that the constancy is on point from one visit to the next. Dont forget to order the flan. Its over the top.

First time going today and i was extremely pleased. A very casual and cozy Mexican/Latin restaurant in the heart of Long Valley. My server was prompt and very nice, my food was very good and reasonably priced; the complimentary chips and salsa to start were solid. I cant wait to go back. Update: Ive gone back several times, having gotten the steak and chicken burritos which were so yummy. Most recently had their fish tacos and was so pleased. This place has become a staple for me.

Our first visit, and I was a bit disappointed. Everything was a little "off". The lighting, the spacing of the tables, and most importantly the food. I had a combo fajitas, and I found them bland. And the presentation was lacking - I had to ask for sour cream, no guacamole or tomatoes, although I didnt push my luck. Even the tortillas seems lacking. Too small too thick, no flavor. Service was friendly and prompt. Well try once again. Give me the Grub Hut in Manville any day!

We found this place on Yelp after a horseback riding trip. The place was empty Bc it was pretty early in the day. The food was fresh, nice drinks, great atmosphere and the workers were very nice. The owner came over and spoke to us about his family and their background. If Im ever in the area I will definitely return.

This is restaurant seems like a secret in town. As part of the restaurant village they have a liqueur license. The food is fresh and delicious. It is small and cozy. I recommend the La Rienda salad.
