Good food, Horrible service. i used to go here once a month with my wife and kids, and we would drop about $40. on lox bagels and coffee. The last time maybe we werent clear enough or maybe the order taker missed a step whatever, but the sandwich had no lettuces no problem so my wife asks for the lettuces and she gets yelled at by the woman collecting the money. The woman said she didnt pay for the lettuces. First off i dont care who made the mistake. I expected the woman to say sorry for the confusion heres a 2 cent slice of lettuces. I would have been fine with paying $1 for the lettuce but not after being yelled at, that was totally uncalled for. So they lose a $40. a month customer over 2 cents good job. Their ordering system is pretty jacked up to where you have to give your order twice, just more ways to add to their confusion.

It was so awful let me just start with that it wasnt busy at all I was the first person in line and once the worker came over she was already being rude because the machine wasnt working then when I was patiently waiting I noticed in the back corner their was a container of cooked fresh bacon and next to it was chemical cleaning supplies now I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that after what I experienced I went to pay for my food that took forever to make ( I only asked for 3 bagels with cream cheese ) I grabbed my bag and noticed the order was wrong and the worker added more food to my order

This location is very hit or miss. Gave them 4 stars as they seem to be getting better. They used to be very stingy with ingredients, but that has improved a lot. Still struggling to get the order right though.

Ordered large coffee - barista poured my cup but the coffee ran out with my cup only 2/3 full. She shrugged and gave it to me & charged me for a large. Not cool but it wasnt worth the hassle to argue.

I have been here a few times and each time the customer service was horrible. They are so unprofessional, and their sandwiches are horrible. Manhattan Bagel fan all the way!!!!

Bagels and sandwiches are fine. Unfortunately, the woman who manages this location does not have good customer service skills and this gets passed on to the rest of the staff.
