I will never go here again. Ever. I was in there the other night, the first time Id been there in a long time. There was just one other person ahead of me already waiting for his food. There were several people working behind the counter that night, but after taking me order, I was left to wait 10 or so minutes with the guy who came in before me. He even muttered "this is freaking ridiculous!" because of the wait. The people working were focusing solely on the drive thru, not at all caring about those of us who bothered to walk in and order! So much for FAST food! Some guy even came in a couple minutes after me, and while he also had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a fast food place, they PREPARED HIS ORDER BEFORE MINE!! I was standing right there, waiting patiently as they handled order after order for the drive thru, and then did the order for the guy standing behind me. Not a single person apologized for the wait. I should have never set foot in their again, seeing as a year or so ago I went in there one night to find nobody at the counter. I was the only person on line, and several employees saw me. Some even walked past behind the counter and glanced at me, but nobody stopped to take my order. I ended up leaving without ordering at all. By comparison, Ive been to the McDonalds and the Taco Bell down the street several times each. I always got my food very quickly at each, and it was obvious that they actually knew how to balance out their drive thru service with their in-store service. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them. Avoid this Burger King at all costs, unless you want to be ignored and then have to wait.

Had a situation where my order came out wrong. The manager came over to correct it. It was handled rather quickly. But the corrected order was also incorrect. When I mentioned that to the manager she grabbed the existing sandwich threw it across the countertop into a trash bin and with an attitude ran into the back complaining to make the sandwich again. Done with the new sandwich she returns with attitude and presented it to me in a huff. So if this sounds like a pleasant place to eat come on through.

Waited more than ten minutes in drive thru, then when I got home and put my son to sleep, opened my double whopper to find out the double whopper is missing the double whoppers. Second time in a row I give burger king business and they mess up my order . I didnt even get a receipt to complain to the store. I ended up being hungry, thanks to you,burger king.

I ordered an ice cream and fries at this location to dip the fries in the ice cream. The fries would pierce the ice cream all the way through to the other side, which triggered me to inspect the cone a bit more. After taking one bite I find the entire middle of the ice cream is hollow. This is fraud and false advertisement they are lucky I am not suing.

Ordered food today at drive through and the whopper was almost cold and the fries were slightly over room temperature. The soda taste like chemicals it smelt like an orange cleaner and tasted horrible $9 and change for this crap no ketchup for the fries and my friend didnt get any sauce either. Im calling the health board on this dump.

The manager is so disgusting, I dont even wanna go there anymore she was handling my food with here long nails and without even wearing a glove, thats why I dont wanna go there there could be lots of germs in the food she is processing and giving it to customer plus its against the law.

This Burger King could use a serious do-over. It is tucked in a wierd spot and is never busy. Food has always been fast food good and people friendly. Just needs a facelift.

Consistently crappy. Food is almost never fresh, you can tell they throw older food in the fryer to "freshen" it up. Fries are always cold. Sodas taste like chemicals.
