e are regular Qdoba customers and eat there at least once a week. We were very excited to see a new location near our house in Woodbridge. However the staff there have a very bad attitude and are highly inexperienced. I clearly ordered two loaded tortilla soup bowls and they forget the main ingredient-the soup! When I realized it had no soup, I went back and asked them to make new bowls. I just wanted what I ordered for and returned the older bowls without soup. The girl behind the counter offered to give us soup on the side but we tries doing that once before when an employee forgot to give us soup at the same location, the bowl overflowed and we had a messy dinner. The employee disagreed to make new bowls and so I left without taking a refund. There is a limit to arrogance, unprofessional attitude and rudeness and o think Qdoba employees at the Iselin location have all of it. Sorry Qdoba but you lost a loyal customer.

We love Qdoba but just not the Woodbridge location. We were excited that this place was recently opened near to where we stay and stopped by half 45 mins before closing time at around 9ish. They had no cheese, no rice, no peppers, no avacado, no lettuce left and the chicken wasnt even cooked. All that was on the bowl was beans and little rice. It was a total disaster and the food was HORRIBLE! When I asked if they were closing early, the lady was like they are out of stock mostly because of a farmer strike. I still had to pay the full price for the bowl. This branch is below Qdoba standards by any means. I wouldnt be surprised if they close this branch too soon.

This is a lame steal from taco Bell down the street which is poisonous and a real place like chipotle at menlo mall worth the 45 min wait. Unlike this fake and taste worse then tacobell which is down the street. If you pick a evil make it super healthy or super poison ;) never wasting myself. Very poor service. I had placed an online order @ 17:35 and the pick up was scheduled for 18:00. I reached at 18:00 and was made to wait for 20 minutes to get my order fulfilled. The guy at the counter seemed to have no care, and did not even think it would have been appropriate to say Sorry. He was out of Fajita and was scraping the container for the left over, instead of getting more. All he managed to get was two thin strands of bell pepper in the name of Fajita. Mediocre food topped with pathetic service.

We go to Qdoba all the time, but its our first time at this location. Seriously disappointed. They were out of white rice, the chicken and steak were dry and our order of guacamole and chips was horrible because the guacamole was literally large, hard chunks of avocado. It wasnt even soft enough to smoosh to make the guacamole ourselves. Sad, because weve had lots of great meals at the Westfield and Union locations.

Tables and chairs arent clean. The girl preparing our food was confused and didnt receive much help. She told us it was her first day. They were out of chimmichurri sauce, which was the central condiment on their featured "summer specials." Have been here a half dozen times since they opened, and it never gets better. We wont be back.

After waiting anxiously for months, I was do happy for the opening. But, alas, they should have stayed closed the food was not fit for my dog to eat. Plus the price you pay , just go to Taco Bell. At least there you know what you get for your money. PASS THIS LOCATION BYE.

Love this place!!! Favorite place to eat, amazing guacamole. Tried almost everything on the menu. Clean and friendly employees. The not so good thing is they need a gluten free menu and expand there online menu to be able to actually order online.
