So far worst place been to eat first walking in the ambience was nice only to be interrupted by my sneakers sticking to the floor and an unpleasant odor that I cannot identify as u walk to the hottest counter. Mozzarella sticks where not the same as shown on the menu the menu shows round sticks we got square sticks with little cheese thank got we got the app for free via coupon. The biscuits look the same that come from Bisquick package. Went into bathroom walk to bathroom was painfully sticky as well as the bathroom floor with the urnials looking like that have not been cleaned properly in months and dried pee splatters on the floor in front of urinals. Back to my table and I notice splatter of food on the privacy devider . When we got our food everything was cold except the French fries ... we spoke to management and walked out.. no thank u.. dont go here

Was at Ruby Tuesday tonight, Saturday, January 21, 2017 It was awful. Petite steak was chewy, baked potatoe was ice cold and biscuits were hard as a rock. It took 15 minutes to get another potato. The waitress never came over to check on us til it was too late. We were never told when ordering that the salad bar is now extra. The new salad bar that was advertised was so off the mark. Small bowls half filled, chopped up cucumbers, chopped onion, removed a few of my favorites and no balsamic dressing. We use to go at least once a month for years and now we will not be going back. Very disappointing.

Its been 2 hours and all me and my 8 year old son ate was an appetizer which was a substitute for mozzarella sticks which was a skillet with three cheeses and some crusty bread not so happy at the moment we got here at 6:30 it is now 8:38 oh and I had a salad which I share with my son. ITS now 907pm. My chicken dish was not good the way I like it ,my son liked his small rack of ribs witch came with a desert. they took my food off the bill . All n all it was good the manager was nice.

Service was very slow. My husband and I ordered steaks medium and they both came out well done. Our son ordered a hamburger with grapes...he received a cheeseburger with French fries. When the waitress came to check on us, she told us that they put new patties on for him because they couldnt SCRAPE all the cheese off and when they cut the patties open they were pink inside!!!!!

The main differentiator for RT from other places like Applebees,etc. is the salad bar. It offers the basics, with a few pasta salads but its fresh and makes a nice change. Plus its something I can control as far as portion. This particular RT does a nice strip steak. You order medium, you get it and perfectly seasoned with out chewy gristle. Plus many people live the biscuits.

can honestly say i never had a meal at this imparticular ruby tuesday that i enjoyed. I have enjoyed myself at other Ruby Tuesdays across the continent in Canada, N Carolina and Florida. I get sick more often than not, its the second worst restaurant in the Marketplace right behind the Dairy Queen. Go across the street to Outback. Or a lil ways in to the Chillis.

Amanda was our waitress and was very accommodating and friendly. I had the bourbon chicken with a side of roasted spaghetti squash and salad bar. My husband had the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and salad bar. Used a coupon bill came to just under $25. Meal was very good ! Chicken was real breast and very tasty. Will visit again!

Hostess was rude when seating us, only because we wanted a different table. Tables where dirty, (not cleaned). Salad bar was not stocked, had to ask for them to bring out more salad. ( place was not busy). Only reason I am giving this place two stars is because our waitress was very nice. Find another place to eat.

Horrible!! All I have to say is, I totally understand why these restaurants are always empty!! Just horrible...dirty plates, forks/knives, floors, tables, seats etc... and disgusting food. If anyone is in this area go else where....Chickfali is always crowded because they have great service and delicious food!!

Great salad bar, hide selection and good value. Our server was polite, attentive and checked off all the boxes for a good experience, thanks Joey!! The only reason for the 4 stars was the restroom wasnt as clean as wouldve expected, sticky floor and facilities needed attention. All total, we will be back

Lousy, overpriced, dirty silverware, plates and floor, I was shocked that soft drink refills are not free. Long wait to receive food in a restaurant with few patrons. Waiter got the appetizer order wrong, just an apology of my bad. Never will go here again and will certainly tell all my friends.

I took my wife there Friday night and waited a little longer than normal.the manager came over apologized and took care of the bill for us.we go there quite often because the food is good,reasonably priced and the waitresss are very friendly.definitely recommend this restaurant to everybody.

I have been here several times...and this time has got to be the worst. The food was lacking, too salty, greasy, sub par to the meals have gotten in the past. The salad bar was disgusting and lacking in appeal also missing a few things. I dont think Ill be going back.
