Made reservation online through their website for Fathers Day dinner. We were looking forward to trying out this place based on the great reviews. When we arrived there were tents setup outside the front door with a buffet. We went in thinking was was probably left over from a brunch buffet and we were seated. When the waitress came over we found out it was a buffet only. No regular menu being served. No mention on the website or the reservation system. We decided to stay since it was 5:00 on Fathers Day and because of the great reviews I had read. Should have left. Food was sitting outside in 85+ degree heat. Cold food was hot and the hot food was lukewarm. We went through 3 hamburgers and each one was raw. Salads had been picked through. Dressing and sauces had been cross contaminated. The short ribs and eggplant rollatini were the two best items in the buffet which I found out later are the only items from their regular menu. All the rest of the food is just for buffets and catering events. The desserts are very good with cakes and donuts homemade. But filling up on dessert at $40 a person and then having the waitress add 20% tip (Party of 3) to the bill was crazy. Found out later on that there was a notice about the buffet on their Facebook page but not their website where you need to go to make a reservation. Also after looking more closely at their reviews I found the only negative ones were for the times they have buffets. Oh well, live and learn.

please dont support this place absolute disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!disgusting..... nasty waiters all around bad 0 starz This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to first the food is eather to bland and dry or overpowering and nauseating three meals two apps and not one thing was appetizing oh accept for the green tea was verry good lol second the waiter was a complete annoyance kept bothering us the entire meal is it good is it good is it good shut up and go away the waiter didnt fill our drinks then to top it all off the food was rushed out to the table almost all at once apps dinner soup salad ect oh and after we finnished we had a conversation one of 3 tables so not packed and not closeing at 9pm when the have a bar for a bit and he kept rushing us out the door asking for the check and saying are you done repeatedly till we got mad and left. verry expensive i would rather eat mcdonalds and they make me sick

If I could give this place a negative 5 thats what I would give. My wife and I went to this place twice, both times we werent satisfied at all. Its a little pricey for what you get and theres not much flavor in the food. The drinks are good. I ordered chimmichuri steak it was very rubbery and tough the sauce was horrible. The appetizer was soggy (fried calamari,oysters). the bread they give you both visits was cold and hard tasted like its been sitting there for a few days. The only thing that tast okay was the fries. Sushi not that great. I dont mind paying a lot for food but the food has to be worth it! It has to tast perfect and cooked to perfection. The place is nice but your basically paying for the place and not what your eating. The waitress didnt really care when we told her the food was okay. Wont be going again. Rather go to Ruth Chris Steak house!

Weve been to this place couple of time and it was ok. Thats why we chose this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately todays experience was terrible! Food came out cold ( dont get me wrong Im a mother of three and am used to eating cold food, thats why I like to go out to enjoy my hot meal ), my husbands stake was terrible and the service was terrible. Our waiter walked by our table about 10 times and didnt bother looking our way to see that my husbands drink glass was empty. We didnt get a steak knife with the steak and my husband had to use a butter knife. Also our server didnt pay any attention to the fact that I complained about our food being cold. I dont think I will be going there ever again :(

REVOLTING. Crab cakes should NOT be 95% breadcrumbs and mustard is NOT a sauce. For these prices, they should at least use half the CAN of crab. After complaining to the waitress that I could not eat the meal, the manager in a gaudy sweater typical of those who spend lots of money to look like they have no taste, completely IGNORED our table while greeting her friends. They should spend the money on hiring a restaurant consultant instead of on having plates made with their name printed on them. NEVER again and this one goes on my list of racist-vibe dives in America that makes terrorists want to bomb us. Too bad for them because I was there to scout a location for a movie project.

WOW! What a nice time! After having dinner at Cinders a few times, my gal and I decided we wanted to have your wedding and reception there, as it wasnt our first marriage and our reception was going to be on the smaller side. Well, it just couldnt have been better! John (the owner) is a real pro! He helped us make all the right decisions for the perfect day. When the day came, every thing was top shelf. Appetizers, drinks, dinner, desserts were so off the hook!The wait staff, servers, bartenders, just couldnt have been nicer. Nothing was too much to ask for and they waited on everyone hand and foot! Dont hesitate to have dinner there, or book an event. Everything is outstanding!

Went for valentines day dinner. Thank God our waitress was decent because everything else was HORRIBLE. Butter that comes with the bread had no flavor. They forgot to bring out our appetizer so they brought it with the meal. Appetizer was luke warm. $85 Tomahawk steak for 2. It was small, overcooked, fatty, not tender at all, and had no flavor. 3 asparagus and a small cup of potatoes for 2?!?! I think it was worse because the waitress talked up the steak and made it sound really good. Talked to the manager to see what he could do. 10% off. Can you believe that??? What poor customer service. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Great local restaurant with warm ambiance. Exposed wood beams, warm colors, and the smell of wood-burning make it an ideal location for an autumn or winter meal. They specialize in tapas, but the entrees where well plated, plentiful, and tasted great. My wife had steak (excellent) and I had shrimp and scallops. Everything was fresh and the table service was stellar. They provided an awesome meal for my pre-school-aged soon and where attentive to his needs as well. Highly recommended.

Dont ever hold parties there. We were there yesterday for our school team party, and the food was pathetic. For30 dollars you would think you would get some good appetizer not frozen mozzarella sticks! The salad was OK, the main ever chicken was over cooked. Overall food sucked. To top it Mr. John our waiter was downright snobbish. He never asked me for refills and when I told him specifically I need one he did not give it. It was pathetic. Never again!!
