BUG IN MY FOOD!!!!!! Ive never been to the store after the remodel. A few months back I decided to treat my family to a large Popeyes dinner. Mash coleslaw. Mac and cheese. I fixed a plate for my two year old and my husband and I ate out the carton. Almost finished my potatoes. I look in the bottom of the carton and a smashed dead bug was literally in the bottom. What kind of establishment would let this happen? I didnt demand my money back, although I should have. I listen to my husband and and just threw it out. I really dont know why I listen to him.

Ever since they reopened, everything has been terrible. Ive been twice.... the first time they gave me the driest, coldest food ever, and forgot my side item! This time, they gave me a leg and thigh even though I asked for tenders, I didnt get a biscuit, and I paid extra for a drink that I never got! I go to call them and the number listed is disconnected! Horrible all the way around!

The staff is ratchet!... i asked the girk fir a pack of honey, instead of just asking where it was she says "i dont know.... the girl taking my order was all over the place asking me then talking to other people in the middle of my order.... since they rebuilt this spot smells and the ladies have bad attitudes

Gotta catch them when the chicken is fresh out the fryer !!! Otherwise you will be waiting...But remember Popeyes is NOT a fast food restaurant !!! Ppl dont realize that and judge the service off of the waiting time...CHICKEN IS VERY GOOD !!!

Employees were very rude. Not friendly at all. Food was excellent... delicious.. restroom was spotless ( women).. my husband says mens was also clean. Its too bad the workers were assholes, cuz I wont be back because of their attitudes

I havent experience this kind of bad customer service at any popeyes ever! The staff were not welcoming at all. The order took a long time aND didnt even apologize for the wait time of 20 mins. I am very disappointed!
