This place have a very bad customer service, horrible management, and its nothing like any other Noches de Colombia restaurants. This people are really making a bad reputation for the hard work that original owners have made. Would never eat in this place again. Si no conoces el buen nombre de Noches de Colombia, este lugar es la peor representación de esta cadena. Los duelos de esta localidad no son los originales, es por eso que el servicio y la calidad deja mucho de que hablar. YO NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR preferido ir a cual quier otro en Elizabeth.

I had a small civil wedding in my house with family and friends, and made reservations with noches de colombia for 50 people. They had no problem with the amount of people and were happy to have us. The manager and assistant manager made us feel like family and treated us with the upmost respect. Not only was the staff great but the food is amaizing, my family if full of big guys that know how to eat and all i can say is that none of them were unsatisfied. The restaurant served my group 5 different appetizers (empanadas, calamari, shrimp, picaditas) they had 3 plates (churrasquito, bandeja paisa, mar y chicken) that my guest can choose from (i had chosen to serv 3 out of the 7 options) they also gave out fruit in a sweet creme and took the wedding cake and served it with ice cream. The people in my party loved everythi g about the restaurant and a few told me that they will be looking into making reservations for their events.

Hoy 25/3/17 !!! Mi hija nos invito a!!!. Mi y a mi nieto a disfrutar una rica tarde . Íbamos para el.citio de siempre comíamos Pero tuvimos la malísima idea de comer en Noches de Colombia. Bueno mi queja es que la comida estuvo muy mala. Pero la mi a fue la peor !! El arroz crudo los camarones duros la ensalada le habían puesto vinagre. Estaba todo revuelto por desgracia no se podía comer!!!. Bueno concluido no vuelvo por nada de la vida

if you can avoid this place do it! i went to this place three times and all times i got seated and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to even stop by and offer me water i was ready to order but no waiter the first time i stayed food was decent (have had way better) but the other two times i got fed up waiting it was absurd the time i had to wait when i try talking to the manager she gave me a nasty attitude and gave me all this excuses i been in the food business my self i would of excused the delay and taken the order my self but no she gave me and my family nasty attitude while getting loud telling me i have to wait more i decide to give it a second time this time put a timer on my phone and i had the phone marked 18 minutes and showed it to her and she still gave me attitude and excuses never again!!1

La comida es buenas en general, pero las jovenes que estan encargadas de resivir a los clientes (host) y ubicarlos en las mesas carecen de una la buena atencion al cliente pues ni un saludo de buenas tardes , y mucho menos al retirarse del sitio, solo sabe decir cuantos son ? poco atenta , cero amable, a diferencia de los meseros una actitud 100% positiva.

La peor comida colombiana que se pueda comer en todo Elizabeth, las veces que he tratado de comer ahí termino enferma del estomago, y una vez pedí un delivery y al otro día tuve q ir a devolver todo por que estaba dañado. La estrella es por la amabilidad y simpatía q expresan las personas q allí trabajan. Pero creo q tienen que cambiar de cosineros.

Terrible wait time. First impression was a good one the place looks nice and the setting looks inviting but thats about it. We waited over anhour for our food!! Thats completely unacceptable for a new establishment. The waiter was terrible, we had to constantly keep calling him because he never once passed by and asked us how we were doing. They price gauged the mothers day menu and was completely different than the regular menu. They wouldnt even show us the regular menu. The food wasnt so bad but the wait time deff left a bad taste in my mouth. I will deff not be coming back to this place EVER again. Get your act together noches de colombia. Avoid this place if you are hungry.

The food was really good. I was honestly really surprised. We ordered the chicken and shrimp with rice and maduros. The chicken came out with a nice crisp to it and the shrimp was good and not too chewy. The drinks were really good and it was happy hour too!! Got a sangria which was the bomb. I thought it was going to be a red sangria, but it didnt have that heavy taste like a red sangria so it was probably mixed with white sangria as well. BOMB. The other drink I got was a margarita. I dont remember the flavor, but it was BOMB as well...lol This restaurant is not a place I would normally come to, but Im glad I did. So if you arent sure as well, give it a chance.

Place is different than other "Noches de Colombia" franchises, like on this place you would pay extra for side orders that would normally be included at other franchises. But the food is actually good and the prices are also very affordable. The worst thing though, is that the cheesecake that I bought to go was horrible. Im not a big fan of sugar but I love cheesecakes, and Ive never tasted a Cheesecake so bad in my life, actually Ive never tasted a bad cheesecake, but the one I bought at that place was too bad for words, it was tough like a sheet rock and tasted like melted plastic. Ive never gone back after that.

Just had my Birthday bash at Bambu, I was impressed considering the location. Music on Saturday was okay mostly Latin. Atmosphere, decor & set up is great. However, the service was awful. I had a party of 30 people and they did not follow up on their service for me. What was agreed on the phone was not provided which disappointed me. They also changed admission at the door which before 11pm is free and they wanted to charge people 10 dollar when it was 10:30. Parking is 5 but yet again they picked and choose people to charge 10 or more. Bambu is great but like I said the service isnt.

Ive been there(Elizabeth location) once but want to go back soon. Me and people who went with me liked the food. Mind that this is considered a diner but with Colombian fare. So this means its not a fancy-dress restaurant but more of a casual hang-out place. (People were celebrating their graduation there). It is a diner with large plates, many home-style food options and simple...but the simple means that it tastes like home made. Nice place to eat if youre really hungry, want to sing karaoke or just hang out in a place (family friendly too as there were kids who behaved)

El un ambiente agradable , indudablemente te hacen sentir como en Colombia . Con respecto a la comida, pedí una bandeja paisa, los frijoles no sabían bien , demasiado aguados y es lo más fundamental dentro de una bandeja paisa, ( no estaban hechos al estilo colombiano) el resto estuvo bien .
