My standards for Taco Bells are pretty low, and I only care about a few essential things. This Taco Bell meets all of the standards I hold any fast food chain to. - Its clean (newly renovated so its actually a nice place to eat in), so its nice to gorge on my cheese-filled tortilla-and-meat knowing that the only smell my nose will take in is the stench of my gluttony. - Its fast. I mean, during some big rushes, service obviously slows down tremendously, and I have been there a time or two where things have become embarrassingly slow for the "fast" food aspect. - Its good. This means quite a bit, because Ive been to Taco Bells where the staff seemed to have missed the training seminar where they teach how to roll and fold burritos and quesadillas. The food definitely doesnt come out looking commercial-worthy, but it doesnt come out obstructive to eat. Overall a solid-good Taco Bell. And I love Taco Bell <3

One of the girls who works at the window for the drive thru (night shift), is very polite and attentive. However, my order is always messed up. I always order chicken and always end up getting beef. Not her fault, but maybe the kitchen should be for attentive to what theyre doing? Annoying because i only check my food when i get home and im not about to drive back ag 2 in the morning after i get out of work to correct them. (Plus, if you ever go at that time youll know the wait is 30-45 minutes). Just a bummer cause you pay more for chicken and then they still give you beef.

Im.upset. I live all the way in Newark, my husband went all the way to hillside and they got my order completely wrong. Im serverly allergic to cheese and its all of my food. It was a complete waste of my money and my husbands time!!! Now, Ive been trying to call the store and the phone has been busy for the last two hours!!!! Im very pissed, AND STILL HUNGRY. I was so craving Taco Bell and now Im just HANGRY!!! SHAME ON YOU TACO BELL

The portions served when ordering taco salads here were less than those Ive received in other locations. Also, the drive through is a bit of a trap. Once youre in line, youd have to jump the curb to get out. Most times, the drive through line is quite long! The customer service at the window has been courteous, however.

Update 8/3/17: This location continues to be disgusting in cleanliness and has a nasty smell throughout. Always a 25-30 minute drive-thru wait time on Thursday and Friday nights after 11 PM. Food is good. Removed another star because the floor here looks like it hasnt been serviced in a decade.

Normally I have a good experience, but today was awful! I was getting a soda from the fountain and to my surprise their was no syrup in the machine. Every choice tasted like Seltzer water. And to top it off I didnt receive an item I paid for. The highlight was the cashier.

Honestly, this was not a good tacobell. And im a big taco fan. So... the guy at the drive thru was great, but... they were out of sauce, and soda. They only had mountain dew, which is good, but... really out of all soda. Two stars cause my tacos were crunchy!

Clean renovated location.. Food was good but staff was very rude. He told me my substitution of beef to shredded chicken was "disgusting".. I dont need judgments on what I like. Im paying extra for chicken, why do I need your opinions!? Just make it!

Good food, horrible service. A Friay night and only 3 people working. Appears that the drive-thru is getting served more regularly than in-store. Employees talking smack about customers. Next time, drive thru. Atleast I wont have to hear their crap.

Good food but very slow service one time I waited 20 minutes!!! But after I tweeted to customer support it got a lot faster not as fast as before the renovation but way better than the 20 minutes. Im talking about the one in union.

As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me ,the cashier even took the time to go over the menu with Me! The eating area was clean as well as the bathrooms! I ordered the Doritos taco (supreme) they were the bomb!!
