One of the worst dining experiences Ive had. I came with my mom and dad and when we walked in, the decorations were nice and it seemed like a nice restaurant. It took around 15 minutes by the time we sat down to the time the waiter finally came to our table. That was fine, the restaurant seemed pretty busy. We finally ordered. I ordered the fried shrimp as an appetizer, the sirloin hamburger, my dad ordered the lamb gyro and my mom ordered the Mediterranean salad. A few minutes later, the waiter came back to take drink orders. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea that took 10 minutes to bring out and the bottom was full of tea leaves. My shrimp appetizer took around 30 minutes to come out. Finally, after waiting an hour we finally got our food. My hamburger was fine but the lamb gyro didnt even come with pita or tzatziki sauce. We asked about it and the waiter said he would bring it out yet we never saw him again. The Mediterranean salad came out 10 minutes after everyone elses food came out. My mom had to actually go up and ask about it. It finally came and she started with the stuffed grape leaves which tasted more like grape leaves stuffed with socks. The waiters were nowhere to be found and a manager didnt even come over to us not to mention the fact that we were crammed in a corner right next to the door. Finally, my dad had to go up and ask for the bill. It seemed that we couldve walked out without paying and theyd never even realize we were there.

Beautifully decorated interior and patio. The restaurant was empty at 12 noon on a Friday, when 9 of us arrived. Upon arrival to the restaurant that has BEST LUNCH SPECIAL $9.95" on a banner above the door, we were told that groups over 5 people could not get the lunch special. We would have to order off the dinner menu, with basically the same offer as the lunch special but pay $19.95 PER PERSON. After the 9 of us had arrived, the restaurant was still empty. The owner continues to inform us that we cannot get the lunch special because we have 9 people. In a rude, and condescending tone he reminded us that we could order off the dinner menu which starts at $16.95. The reason we asked a few times about our options is because we were actually perplexed. Is it possible that an empty restaurant is going to refuse to give us the lunch special because we have TOO MANY people? Does he not want our business? Very confusing. We decided that the combination of false advertising and rude response from the owner was not worthy of our business so we went elsewhere. For all I know the food may be ok, but I wont find out. There are too many other good restaurants in Montclair that treat their customers with respect.

My husband, daughter & I arrived @ this place March 24, 2016. There were 3 men @1 table & a couple at another. We were seated as soon as we got there. The atmosphere was just blah. The man who took our order had no personality. We order our food & my daughters mozzarella sticks came out first. It took a while for the rest of the food we ordered. Once our food arrived it was actually pretty good. Now to the problem. I purchased a groupon for this place & he would not honor it. He told us he only authorized them to sell 20 & they sold 200 like that was our problem. I just think his attitude & demeanor is bad for business, no wonder it was empty. I will not recommend this place as the customer service was terrible. If I could give it no stars that would still be too much. A lesson learned. Never again!!!!!

The food is amazing and the portions are generous. I recently moved to the neighborhood and was so happy to find this gem within walking distance of my house. My wife loves the zucchini pancakes and I love the kebabs. We have dined at the restaurant several times and have had them cater several events. Our guests were always very pleased as well. They have a great garden which is open during the summer months. Highly recommended.

Exquisite food at a reasonable price. Servings are enormous, with top quality meats. Ordered the Beef and Chicken Kebabs, and they were mouth watering. Ordered my food, and was told it would arrive at 5, but it even came at 4:30, making their delivery excellent. This is a place that everyone must try

Very good food and friendly staff. Chef Oz comes out to each table and chairs. He is very warm and welcoming. You feel more like you are at a friends dinning room. The food really well prepared and freshly made. You can bring your own bottle. This is one of the places we really like to go.

I love visiting Four Seasons. I love the food and the price is right! My favorite is the chicken adana. The lentil soup is good, too. Ive eaten here many times and never been disappointed. Lunch at a special price. You cant beat it.

Went to lunch. Great deal 12.00 for appetizer salad rice chicken kaboob flat bread. Owners very friendly. Gave us complementary glasses of turkish tea. Would go back again.
