This place is quite good! Dishes are not too expensive relative to other family style sichuan restaurants and the portions were good - plenty of meat. One dish that I thought was really special was "Steamed spareribs with rice flower". [Note that flower really should have been flour]. It is a traditional homestyle type dish where tender spareribs are covered in a five spice powder marinade and breaded in a rice flour type breading so when it steams up, its like small kernels of rice. And it sits on top of a bed of steamed yams. This dish was so delicious! There were a few bones though - they are not boneless spareribs. I highly recommend it! Other than that, spicy fish fillet (water stewed fish which is the direct translation), beef with fresh hot pepper and double cooked pork were yum! Owners were also very very nice.

The Hot Pot: rather good. I lived in Chengdu (Sichuan provence, birth place of hot pot) and ate at a variety of hot pot restaurants. I have not yet found a place in the United States that offers truly authentic sichuan/chongqing hot pot, but this restaurant comes very close. the main difference in Sichuan China is that their hot pot has a deep level of oil with some broth. All the hot pot restaurants Ive tried in the US have mostly all broth with just a scant amount of oil. Sichuan Springs hot pot has a fairly larger amount of oil which yeilds a closer flavour to the real thing. the tables also have built-in pots which is an authentic plus. lastly, the dipping oil is spot on correct, with options of fresh garlic, cilantro, vinegar, and even MSG.

I ordered 6 meals 5 of them needed to be with rice however I was given only 2 rice for the 5 meals when I asked I was told thats enough for the 5 meals, mind you every meal should come with rice after me instead on more rice I was giving one more small size !!! I paid total of $95.00 , $8 for one meal and the $87 is for the other 5 meals which is about $17,40 each , shrimp broccoli (5) with 2 rice ! No more no more no more of this ripoff place.

The food here is really, really spicy and that is what you are looking for when you get into Szechuan cuisine. On every dish, it reminded me of the food that you get back in China, and every single one hit the spot. The service is really good and i would come back.

I LOVED this restaurant! It was not too salty, and had a right balance of everything. The owner was very kind, and we all had a good time! All the items we ordered were not too pricy, and there is just amazing quality food. WONDERFUL!

This has to be one of the best Chinese food restaurants I have been to especially because of the use of chillies. Good service and great food make this place a good place to eat but beware of the spicy food only some can handle it.

This is a very disgusting restaurant. They never clean their tea pot and I found 2-4 dead tiny bugs in my tea cup. I also have pictures and I will find a way to upload it.
